A: The SYRP PRO line of Magic Carpet only works with PRO labeled parts. The original (but also equally amazing) Magic Carpet line is not compatible with the PRO line. The end caps, and carriage not labeled PRO will work with both the standard, and Carbon Fibre line of Magic Carpet tracks. If you are going to do any traveling I would suggest looking into the Carbon Fibre line of the Magic Carpet. The PRO is designed to mainly be used inside a studio or on shoots where you need more robust stability as this thing is heavy but built like a tank trap!

A: This item is only compatible with direct connection to Windows, macOS /OS X. QOS would not be supported.

A: The Syrp Magic Carpet PRO End Caps and Carriage (B&H# SY00180019) does come with a carriage. That will allow you to replace the whole carriage. A: We have not had any recent issues with warping with the Lomography DigitaLIZA 110 Film Scanning Mask.

A: This can be used with passive Thunderbolt 3, as long as the wire is only as long as the Thunderbolt 3 limit allows, roughly 1 meter. Longer than that and speeds will degrade along with performance, and may have connection drops as well.

A: This is only compatible with Syrp Magic Carpet Tracks. It will not work with other brands of sliders.
