[117 x 4 x 4"] This is a beautiful high-quality backdrop. Yes, out of the tube it looks very dark but it requires background lighting. Good starting point for me was matching subject light and background light equally using a flashmeter (you got one of those, right?) I also shoot with a longer lens to blur it out a bit. Once lit properly you’ll see a palette of beautiful subtle shade variations

[Spot Clean] I ordered two of these backdrops for a photo assignment and could not be happier with the quality and performance of the product. I did read a few reviews that commented that the backdrop did not have 'texture' and I will admit that when I first unrolled the backdrop and viewed it, I did not see much texture at all - it appeared to be largely grey with no other highlights. But once I lit it up with my studio lights, all of the texture came out and made for a great backdrop to photograph portraits! I am extremely pleased with the product and would highly recommend it.

[117 x 4 x 4"] As I began to evolve my video and still photo set-ups past a simple lifestyle set-up, I wanted to add in a backdrop. This 5x7 option ended up being the perfect option for my needs. It’s easy to pop out and lean up against a wall if you are looking to spice up a room set-up and the Gray Pine is perfect for a blurred background in the distance. I really couldn’t be happy with the way this looks on camera. It’s really given new life to my photos and videos. I will say that it takes a little work getting it folded back up. Once you do it a couple of times, it’s easier, but that first time, I think it took me 3-4 times to get it looped back into the storage sack. The storage bag isn’t the best quality, but the backdrop, in my opinion, makes up for it. This is a very cost-efficient, good looking backdrop.

[Spot Clean] I wasnt sure about this when I ordered the backdrop, I wasnt sure how realistic it would look.  I needed a larger backdrop, I have small drapes and such but nothing this large.  The blue looks really good since it does not have the usual folds you can get in fabrics.  The really stand out is the Gray pine up close its not that realistic but in pictures it looks great. The only real down size is that since it has lines you really need to make sure they are either true horizontal or vertical anything else looks a little weird, or least it does to me.

[Mottled Gray] Found the product to be exactly as described.  This is great quality for the price and I will definitely be purchasing others and more than likely the larger versions as well.

[117 x 4 x 4"] Very good quality, heavy weight and easy to remove wrinkles on with a drapery steamer. What we received did not match the color displayed here, nonetheless, it is a great color. It is more green than earthtone as shown here, however if you go on the savage website it shows the correct green hue. Bottom line is the color is great for professional headshots and small group settings and we love it. Only complaint we had was the item was approximately 10x10... meaning we had to shear and hem 3 sides of it to get it to fit our 10x10 square stage. Apparently whoever cut and sewed the edges on this must have been high on something as the original edges were very wavy and it did not hang right. Overall, we recommend this product, for the $$ you can not beat it!
