  • Two-Handed: The ultimate in stability, you can smoothly pan your camera or phone at any angle, push in, twist, and get creative.
  • One-Handed: Without tools, you can take the Rig-It apart and use one handle as a handgrip, leaving one hand free and letting you film at extreme angles.
  • Tabletop: Attach a handle to the two plates to create a tabletop monopod for static hands-free filming.

Like most holders, you can screw in your phone where built-in rubber grips help protect it and secure it into place. The bottom 1/4"-20 mount makes it easy to connect to the Rig-It. Unlike most holders, an integrated 52mm lens/filter adapter can slide horizontally and vertically to position it over your phone's camera. A rubber seal makes sure light doesn't leak in while you shoot.

Built into one of the handles is a 5000mAh rechargeable battery that can output up to 18W of power via a USB-C PD port. With room in the phone holder to accommodate a MagSafe charger, you can use the battery to keep your iPhone charged, or just connect an optional cable directly to an Android phone or an attached accessory. Built-in LEDs let you monitor the handle's battery level, and two integrated cable organizer loops and hooks keep any cord from getting in the way.

Between the phone holder and plates of the Rig-It, you get a large number of threaded connection points and cold shoes for future expansion. Add additional lights, microphones and receivers, and position them all along the Rig-It. You get the following connection options:

  • Twelve 1/4"-20 threaded mounts
  • Four 3/8"-16 threaded mounts
  • Two top plate cold shoes
  • Phone holder cold shoe

Q: 1. Will this work with the new BMPCC4K?

A: This rig is designed for DSLR cameras, however you should be able to use the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K with it as well.

Q: 2. does it work with Samyang 14mm cine lens and nikon D810?...thanks!

A: Yes it will work perfectly with your 14mm prime. Just make sure when you purchase matte box, go for the bigger ones like our MB-02 in the future.

Q: 3. Is this rig suitable for a Sony A7II?

A: You won't have any problems using this rig. The follow focus as well as the bridge plate are adjustable. That being said, I would suggest you to go for our LanParte MCK series rig which is specifically designed for Sony A7. It comes with a cage and everything! Check out these links1. Q: 5. Will this work with a blackmagic cinema camera?

A: While we have not tested that combination, we do not see anything that would say it would not work. To me, it looks that it should work well.

Q: 6. Is there an estimated stock date for the Pocket Rig as well as for some other Edelkrone products, namely the Pocket Skater?

A: Edelkrone products are in high demand and low supply. Unfortunately, we have no further availability information. Please check the B&H website frequently for updates.

Q: 7. Does this work with a nikon D7100?

Q: 9. does this work with the canon t5i?

A: This will be compatible with the Canon T5I.

Q: 10. Is this recommended for a C100 mark 1?

A: This is a generic design kit and is compatible with the C100 Mark I. However, some cinematographers find mounting the camera directly on top of the shoulder support is a better configuration for cinema cameras like C100, you can search VMS-01 which is our shoulder support specifically designed for cinema cameras and build up the rest of the kit piece by piece!

[2.305 lb] I've been looking for a case like this for a while. I have a Sony F5 with an Angenieux 25-250, MB, FF on other accessories. This bag is big enough where I can configure the camera in advance and safely transport it locally. That way, on location I can pull it out and start shooting with out too much fussing. There is plenty of extra room for camera mounted mics, monitors, cables and other goodies so the kit is self contained. But be aware, this is a big bag. You are not going to throw this over your shoulder heading out the door. Thank goodness it has wheels.

[2.305 lb] I ordered this case for my FS7 so that I could drop it in and out without having to remove view finder. Still need to remove the handgrip, But find I'm shooting most things without that on anyway. And this case allows it all to be stored/packed nicely. Both this case and the first RIG-FS7 are extremely well constructed, carry well and should last for many years.

[2.305 lb] I've used a lot of more expensive rigs, but for the price, this one gets the job done and gives me plenty of flexibility. Set it up with my BMPCC 6K Prod and used the mount on the shoulder for my v-Mount battery. Gave it a nice balance.

[2.305 lb] Keep your Movi rig built & secure while driving. This case isn't built to ship or check in on airline, only used once Movi is set up.

[2.305 lb] GH5+600mm lens ... handholding? Ouch. FS700 with no rig .. handholding? OUCH! Rather than kit up some huge vest support system (which are great, but large and cumbersome making it hard to run and gun especially if you don't appreciate being noticed ...) I opted for thisPocket Rig 2 thing. It's not perfect .. I would say I wish I had otehr options for it, like a little longer, and/or more options for flex joints/angles, but it is definitely a big help. It is heavy .. .but very well engineered. The rod system is a great idea, and well implemented. A small follow focus and lens support for bigger lenses is in my future. I never did want to have a full rod/matte box rig ... sure they look cool and are quite useful but too much tweaking, as well as large. This will suit my needs for such. The pivot points are something you can easily tighten, and this helps immensely, however you want to really work with it to tighten the minimum for your needs .. this makes it easier to deploy, as well as reduces wear on the joints. I wish there was a dedicated slot for the 3mm hex key so it would always be with the unit. I wish the entire unit was smaller and lighter, but lost none of its functionality or strength. Hah. So I say good job Edelkrone .. another useful (niche) tool!

[2.305 lb] This camera rig was very stable. I used it in the lower few settings and the only sturdiness issues I had were with the desk it was placed on.

[2.305 lb] I own two PocketRigs, one for each of my GH4's. I use them all the time on all sorts of active shoots. This thing is solid, it's portable and it just works the way it's intended. I don't like nor use large shoulder rigs, and this well-designed pocket rig works for me. My camera attaches via it's tripod mount to a very grippy and secure base. The fold-out 15mm rods support my mic, another handle (used when I'm not filming and just need to rest), and a follow focus knob. The extendable shoulder (or chest) stock presses against me without collapsing. This is a small and very functional setup. With anything that you use regularly and professionally, you'll need to do maintenance. Any slop that was generated after weeks of use was simply remedied with a tightening of the specific areas that needed it. An allen wrench is included to do this. I am definitely a happy customer, and Edelkrone will make sure you are as well. One of my original PocketRig's 15mm rod broke when I dropped the entire rig, and Edelkrone had me back up and running in no time. I'm glad the rod broke because it saved the camera and mic from becoming casualties. It's a great product and it has, and will, continue to serve me on all my shoots.

[2.305 lb] Have not used this for overhead shots, just as a mini background. The various height adjustments are definitely a plus.

[2.305 lb] I tried it with canon eos r5 c with several lenses
Very helpful gadget and easy to attached, but the most important thing that's the size and the weight easy to carry around
