A: The same thing happened to me 2 month ago, I was charged twice the price for two month. I bought it for $15.75 per month, but I was charged $29.90 per month. They didn't inform me about it till I realized charge on my credit card statement. Now I will buy it cheaper on BH and redeem the code.

A: The activation begins when you enter the activation code and begin to use the program.

A: The subscription start date is when the plan is activated with Adobe. Not the purchase date.

A: The software needs to connect to Adobe's servers once in every 30-days to remain licensed. Otherwise it will work perfectly when disconnected from the Internet for less than 30-days.

A: It does not expire. The timing of the subscription does NOT start until the activation and from there is when the subscription starts.

[100 Hours] Absolutely recommend, even for a beginner the new UI compared to older versions make this a dream come true. As well being able to save on the cloud is a very nice feature. A lot of new functions and through B&H the code came immediately and the program downloaded extremely fast. Highly recommend! 5

[1 Year] Adobe Acrobat DC ... Not So Much.� Terrible time keeping licenses straight. "Convert, sign, and send documents on any device with the world’s best PDF solution." Nonsense.� It's not a personal license for machines you own;� there is a limit of two laptops. 5

[100 Hours] Hands down the best DAW I've worked with for fine tuning and comping vocals. Mixing a feature film right now and I wouldn't be able to do it without Pro Tools. If you're mixing film audio I'd suggest not using any OS newer than Big Sur to insure that the Pro Tools Video Engine works properly. If I were to go back and play it safe I would use Catalina and the previous version of Pro Tools to avoid and plugin or compatibility issues. Will save you a lot of headaches down the road. 5

[100 Hours] We've (reluctantly out of necessity) been a CC member since Adobe switched to that business model and have the full subscription which offers Premiere Pro, After Effects, Speed Grade, Audition, Photoshop, LR... Every single app Adobe offers. PP is an awesomely powerful video editing tool used for the biggest budget films down to family movies. We use it more an more each day as we start to offer more video based services. The learning curve is medium to steep depending on what you want to do. Tutorials are everywhere for everything to do with this app. As a stand alone it's great but combined with the full subscription it seamlessly integrates with all the other (pertinent) apps (Audition & After Effects) previously mentioned. The ability to click on an audio track, have Audition open to tweak it out and then save back into the project is extremely useful and streamlines the workflow considerably. If you're not making money off this app then I guess it's just an expensive toy to show off and why bother when you can get free or much cheaper software to do the same basic editing tasks? BUT, for any serious video producer making money then it's worth it BUT there's really no reason to buy this single app when you can have access to all of Adobe Apps for just about/under 2x the annual fee?! 5

[100 Hours] I have used Premiere Pro CS5 for many years and upgraded to Premiere Pro CC one and a half years ago. It was always great but it is now so much better. I use it daily and love the integration with Adobe Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, and of course After Effects. I admit I have experienced crashes a few times but by reopening from the automatically created Auto-Save folder I have never lost any of my progress. You need to make sure you have a fast processor and enough RAM on your computer to run this program. If you ever have any questions on how to do something there are training videos out there everywhere. There's nothing like it on the market! 5

[1 Year] I have been using Premiere Pro CS 5.5 for 6 years, and just upgraded to CC 2017, it is so much faster! editing, rendering, and exporting is very quick. 5

[100 Hours] I've been using protools for about 10 years in my recording studio and I think is the best software for record, edit and mix music. I got this version for working in my laptop and now I can work everywhere. The native plug ins woks very well and you can get others of your preference that run well too. For shure I will continue using protools in the future. 5
