The frame has an overall viewing area of 40.5 x 72" (103 x 183 cm) and will be constructed of aluminum with slip-joints at the corners. The bezel is made of aluminum and will have an acid etched black finish.

A: Hi Judy, yes you can use one. I use a circular polarizer, a basic Tiffen 49mm polarizer, on my DA 15 and it works just fine. Although I'm using the lens without lately it as a test, want to make sure my polarizer is not negatively affecting sharpness. But this is absolutely my favorite lens, renders images beautifully, almost a 3D like effect.

Q: 2. Does this lens work without electronic camera control? If I use a dummy mount adapter to EF, can I do manual focus and iris control? Or is the fstop only able to be adjusted by a camera that speaks to the lens?

A: The aperture on this lens would need to be controlled by the camera or an adapter with manual aperture control.
