The frame has an overall viewing area of 40.5 x 72" (103 x 183 cm) and will be constructed of aluminum with slip-joints at the corners. The bezel will conceal the frame, grommets and binding of the screen. The front lip of the bezel will be 0.25" (0.6 cm) all around the viewing area surface. The bezel is made of aluminum and will have an acid etched black finish.

It will be fire retardant and mildew resistant, plus standard wall-mounting brackets will be included.

A: Hi Judy, yes you can use one. I use a circular polarizer, a basic Tiffen 49mm polarizer, on my DA 15 and it works just fine. Although I'm using the lens without lately it as a test, want to make sure my polarizer is not negatively affecting sharpness. But this is absolutely my favorite lens, renders images beautifully, almost a 3D like effect.

Q: 5. I like to have a UV filter on all of my lenses. I can't seem to find any that would fit this particular lens. Any suggestions?

A: Try Breakthrough photography, they have excellent UV filters in 49mm.

The D-FA 100 mm macro lens, and the 20-40 Limited lens are WR, as are versions of the kit zooms and the 55-300.Their top level of weather-proofing (on the star lenses) is designated AW, for all-weather.
