This product was used in an install with a smart tv for Skype teleconferencing. The box had enough room to mount a mac mini, apple tv, powerstrip, and a small mic preamp. This box was the right component for a clean install. The build quality and flexibilty make it an excellent choice.

Great product at a great price. B&H, I have found, to have better prices than the big national stores. That's great! I don't care if the store is in NYC if they ship free to Texas and the prices are better than in other places! :)

The biggest advantage to using this ceiling mount light stand is that it saves a ton of space. If you're using lights that can be battery operated (v-mount, Sony L series, etc) then these lights will definitely come in handy because you won't have to worry about cables. Otherwise the cables will hang from the ceiling, but this never bothered me. It never occured to me to mount lights from the ceiling, but now that I have it seems like a no brainer. Podcasts, youtube tutorials or even zoom calls can be properly lit with this ceiling mount and stay virtually out of the way.

The only con to this ceiling mount is that the mounting hardware was not included. If you're mounting on wood or sheet rock you'll be fine with proper screws and anchors, but if you intend to mount to concrete, it may take a little longer to mount.

If you have a studio where you you have a consistent setup - the time it take to mount this stand to the ceiling will save you a ton of time for future shoots.

This is a good all around mount for a projector. It's made of quality materials, and is easily adjusted if you have the included tools. The 1.5 pipe fitting that comes with this works great and is interchangeable with any 1.5 mounting application. I combined this with a truss clamp to mount it above one of our stages.

I used this product in a corner of a fitness room in a friends basement to solve the issue of line of site, You can easily swivel to the area in which you are working out based on the equipment location in the room

If you want to elevate your flash- literally, this is the gadget for you. Is easily adjusted for different flash levels, is essential for avoiding the evil eye in wildlife photos and folds away for easy storage. What's not to like?

This mount was extremely easy to assemble and install on he ceiling. Great quality construction with solid hardware. I have extended mine nearly 24” with no vibration.

This is exactly what I needed. The bottom Swiss Arca went right on to my plate. The top of the bracket had the screw that went right into my flash.

Great product, well made, easy to use -- the range of length is very useful; I use this product in my studio to provide a monitor in some situations, and when not in use, simply adjust the height and the TV display goes up into the space between rafters. Of particular note is the ball-head adjustment, which allows the display to be tilted in various directions, really useful.

It took a little longer to install than I thought it would but they included all kinds of screws to install into different projectors - found that out after I went to the hardware store to buy screws. Overall a very nice mounting kit.
