The PDG-4200B offers a maximum output of 200W, so you can simultaneously charge up to two power-hungry laptops like the 16" MacBook Pro and other accessories from the same outlet. People who need to charge phones, laptops, tablets, and batteries at a job site will benefit from the simultaneous 100W output from the first two USB-C ports, or 200W distributed among all the ports so you can quickly charge all your devices. The USB-A port is ideal for the simultaneous charging of smaller USB devices, such as phones and wireless headsets.

The power that is distributed from the PDG-4200B to your devices can vary in a variety of ways based on the amount and type of ports you use at a given time. Below is a list of output values and their corresponding port combinations:

  • USB-C (Port 1 or 2): 100W
  • USB-C (Port 3): 65W
  • USB-A: 60W
  • USB-C (Port 1 and 2): 100W + 100W
  • USB-C (Port 1 or 2 and 3): 100W + 65W
  • USB-C (Port 1 or 2) and USB-A: 100W + 60W
  • USB-C (Port 3) and USB-A: 12W + 12W
  • USB-C (Port 1 & 2) and USB-C (Port 3) or USB-A: 100W + 65W + 30W
  • USB-C (Port 1 or 2), USB-C (Port 3), and USB-A: 100W + 12W + 12W
  • USB-C (All 3 Ports) and USB-A: 100W + 65W + 12W + 12W

Even with large batteries, you don't have to wait overnight to recharge them with the Xcellon PDG-4200B. This charger supports PD 3.0, PPS (Programmable Power Supply), QC4+, and Samsung Super Fast Charging technologies to deliver the fastest charging protocols available and rapidly power up your compatible devices.

All devices connected to the PDG-4200B benefit from integrated circuitry that protects them against short circuits, overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature.

[200 W] This definitely is all that it says it is. My only regret is that I didn't by two of them when it was on sale.

[200 W] This charger works exactly as advertised. It provides up to 200w output which is very impressive and charges everything fast. I've been using it at home with laptops, iPad, my VR headset and other things and it is working perfectly. But I also plan on using this extensively when traveling for work. I often bring equipment that needs charging and draws a lot of power, so this will be great for that. I also have to charge multiple things at once, like rechargeable RGB lights. Having this powerful 4-port hub will allow me to charge a bunch of them at once, as well as other things that need to be charged or powered while on the road. It has smart protection features against short circuits, over current, over voltage, and over temperature, so I can plug in a variety of items that have different draws with no worries. This charger is also very well-made, and feels solid and of good quality. The ports look to be made of good materials and accept the cables well and firmly. It's fairly compact in size for what it does and should be easy and convenient to travel with in my laptop bag or carry-on. This is a fantastic smart charger that is very versatile and powerful and is working great for my needs. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]

[200 W] Traveling I have tried a few systems for my rechargeable items. This has solved most of my issues - iPhone, iPad, toothbrush, shaver, hearing aid and so

[1.02 lb] I travel over the weekend several times a year. I usually bring a laptop, a tablet, and at least one phone with me. This charger can rapidly charge all of them at the same time. Now, I don't have to bring 3 chargers with me on every trip!

[1.02 lb] Assuming the display is accurate, it does what it claims. Take note (or a photo, or search for the data online) of the list of power distribution on the back of the box, showing how the power is divided when different combinations of ports are in use.

With one of the ports at 100W capability (no more than two USB-C connected), this very happily handles a 16 2019 MBP, and the power draw displayed lines up believably with fan speed and workload. For devices that give less info of their own (or without apps to display those things), it's informative - and can effectively point out a bad cable, for instance.

[200 W] Powers my laptop, phone, hot spot, and other small items at home or on the road. I like the readout so that I get a feel for how much current something is using and the negotiated voltage.

It's a bit heavy but small enough that it's worth taking it with you. I think the AC cord could be a little longer too but it should be easy to replace if needed.

[200 W] I wasn't sure with all the different items to charge how this would handle the load. It is great. iPad Pro, Samsung phone, little tablet and other things were no problem and quick.

[200 W] I've been using The PDG 4200B charger for about two weeks and I can safely say this thing is a beast. It's become my go to travel charger and when not traveling I keep it next to my main desk and plug my phone, camera battery charger, and iPad into it.

It has plenty of power to charge my MacBook and my mirrorless camera. Even when hooked up to something high powered it doesn't really get hot like some of my other chargers do.

Overall I'm impressed with this charger and it's become my go to charging solution for a lot of things when I'm looking for speed.

[1.02 lb] This charger was a splurge for me, but after using it for a few weeks I feel it's entirely worth it. My first impression was that this unit is chunky, well built, and surprisingly heavy. However, considering it replaced two 65w laptop chargers and three wall warts, it's actually much lighter and more compact than the alternative!

The unit is quite powerful. None of my devices require 65-70 watts, so it easily handles all my devices at once. I have no doubt it could handle two devices at 100w also. At first, I figured the little screen was a gimmick (though a cool one), but it is surprisingly useful to be able to gauge whether a cable/device is actually charging. The GaN tech does stay cooler than the old silicon chargers, too. Currently I'm using my Xcellon as a desktop charging hub.

It's also a good travel charger if you need to charge a bunch of devices at once. I got it for a trip, and I was carrying a laptop, two phones, small power bank, and some miscellaneous USB-powered devices (flashlights, 18650 battery charger, etc). It definitely cut down on the stuff I had to pack. However, you'll need to set aside a pocket in your bag for it. It's too nice to stuff throw in any corner of your bag, like you might with an old laptop charger.

This is, without a doubt, the coolest charger I own (in both senses of the word).

[200 W] I wanted to check whether the device could deliver approx.100W of power to each of the two USB C 100W ports (200W total) for an extended period of time. So I connected two electronic loads along with USB C PD triggering devices to request 20V. As you can see from the pictures the loads were able to draw 5A for 30 min. Also disconnecting one channel didn't interrupt the power in the other. One other thing that I noticed was that the unit was getting very hot but it didn't result in failure. While it's too early to comment on the longevity of the product, based on what I have observed so far I would give it 5 stars.
