Q: 1. Can we please clarify if this monitor can be used w/ VESA mounts? I read one review that says it is VESA compatible (https://nerdtechy.com/samsung-u32r590-review), but everywhere else has said it's not compatible. The specific stand I have is the VIVO Dual Monitor Mount | Fully Adjustable VESA Stand for 2 Ultra Wide Screens. I'd really like to use my stand instead of the early 90s conversion van antenna/crocodile dundee boomerang stand if I could. Thanks!

A: No, this monitor would not be VESA mountable.

Q: 2. Are the HDMI and DisplayPort connections 2.0 and 1.4 respectively?

A: They are not. The DisplayPort is rated at 1.2. This monitor only gets up to 1920x1080, the HDMI port will not be 2.0 either.

Q: 3. Which USB-C to DP cable is compatible? I am using one from Cable creation with Thunderbolt 3 connected to TP T590 but Cable wouldn't allow the monitor to sleep. Even when nothing was plugged into the cable, the monitor would still wake up every few minutes

A: The wake and sleeping functions would not be a limitation of the USB to DisplayPort cable, it would be more of a limitation of the settings applied via power saving options and settings on the TP T590's thunderbolt connection.

A: There was an extra manual in the box just on FreeSync stuff.

A: The Samsung UR59C 32" 16:9 4K Curved LCD Monitor B&H # SAU32R590C covers up to 103% of the sRGB color spectrum. It does not cover the full Adobe RGB spectrum.

A: Yes, it is compatible. You will need an adapter.

A: Yes, the Samsung 398 Series C27F398 27" 16:9 Curved LCD Monitor has its own, built in, on screen menus that allow you to adjust brightness, and other visual quality settings.

Q: 10. Is the HDMI cable included in the box HDMI 2.0?

A: NO.... It has only power cable
