[9.465 lb] To me it seems an extremely well thought out bag and look forward to using it for many purposes.

I love the insert - I can put the insert with camera in it inside my other luggage when travelling and this fits laptop and carry on needs, with luggage pass through strap. Super handy that the back flap can stow the shoulder straps. Then when I arrive, pop the insert back in, and it's an amazing photo day bag. Inner mesh pocket is a great size to store items that you would grab when you're seated or stopped, and the top main compartment is perfect for jacket, sunglasses, etc. to quickly grab with room to spare.

Note - I misread the listing and thought the mentioned included accessory strap was the protactic quick straps pictured holding the tripod in the product photos. The accessory strap is for the insert so that it can also be carried as a separate bag if desired.

[Zipper] I needed a good combination daypack that accommodates a Q2 while traveling The bag provides a sizable section for jacket, incidentals, etc... while still having good access to the camera. This fit my needs well.

[Zipper] This backpack is everything I was looking for. Easily holds my Nikon 850 with the 200-500 zoom. Plenty of space for all my stuff. Maybe too much. Fully loaded it weighs over 30 lbs. a joy to have things organized. Safely holds my Apple 16" Mac.
Very happy so far.

[9.465 lb] Picked this up to take on a recent vacation and loved the back. Held exactly what I needed for short hikes. My Nikon Rebel T7 fits perfectly in the bag along with tripod, extra lenses, and my rain jacket. The backpack comes with a rain hood as well. The service and delivery from B&H were top-notch as well. Highly re4commended for day hikes and photo shoots.

[Zipper] This bag was an upgrade for me from the ProTactic 350. This bag, being more square and slightly deeper, gave me just enough extra room to get all my gear in a single bag. After owning the ProTactic I learned I never used the side access, so I wanted a bag that only opened from the top when lying flat. This bag also lets you hide the backpack straps if you don't use them. All of these features gave me just enough improved functionality to cause me to make the switch.

[Universal] So many things make this pack the prefect pack for me:
My Z 9 with the 180-600 Nikon lens attached slides right in.
So many features allowing all the cords, chargers, besides my laptop go along for the ride. When wearing the pack it is almost weightless the fit is so good. The shoulder and waist straps are well padded as is the back padding. And best of all it easily fits in the overhead when I travel so all my gear gets on and off the plane with me!

[9.465 lb] I purchased this in Mar 2022, and to this day never regretted that investment. One body, seven lens, pouched accessories, two extenders, gear pouch, etc. all fit nicely inside this TSA/Airline approved sized bag. Live in New England, went to Hawaii and Northwest US several times with no issue whatsoever. The quality of the fabric inside and out is top-notch. The configurability is create (love the dividers that hold small things like batteries!). The hip strap is removable...took mine off on day 1 and have never used it. (I'm a male, 6'1, 200 lbs as reference.)

Lowepro is famous for its bags, and their variety of styles. This one is clearly for someone who wants to haul the photography gear with them on trips, be they urban or rural, doesn't matter (yes, there's a rain cover, too).

The top lid is a fanny pack if you like the 80's and need one in a pinch. One Note: if you are flying, don't put the gear pouch under the top lid as the pictures show because it will be too tall (maybe for some airlines). Mine is in the main compartment and I still carry seven lens from macro, primes, and the venerable 70-200 with no room issues. One the road, sure, move it to the top. Depending on what you store in the gear box, it might make the pack top-heavy. What I do is just put soft items in the top lid...lens wipes, travel towel, straps, etc. No complaints.

OK, have to have one con. The laptop compartment, while capable of a 16 MacBook Pro, is NOT environmentally sealed. The top is just a magnetic catch, from the top direction. The top lid might cover the opening if you cinch it down. This is the bags ONLY downfall in my opinion. Fortunately, I just carry cards and do processing back home.

Get it...you will love it.
