The durable aluminum teleprompter comes with an HDMI LED monitor, 70/30 beamsplitter glass, a collapsible teleprompter hood, and all the mounting hardware you need. A long balance plate allows you to balance the prompter on your tripod to allow you to set your PTZ camera for optimal operation.

The bright, backlit monitor features 1280 x 1024 resolution, 160/170° viewing angle, 1000 cd/m² brightness, and 4:3 aspect ratio, all which provide crisp and clear reading. The monitor has HDMI, composite, and VGA inputs, supporting a wide range of source options. The teleprompter comes with a large hood, that allows you to use a PTZ camera. An AC adapter and a copy of PrompterPro teleprompter software for Mac and Windows are also included.

The PT4900-PTZ includes long rails, which allow you to easily balance your entire teleprompter setup. The teleprompter base can be easily moved forward and backward until the perfect balance is set.

The Ikan PTZ Teleprompter system is a unique PTZ teleprompting system that enables the PTZ camera's pan, tilt, and zoom capabilities while still behind the reflective teleprompter glass. You can easily pan the camera between multiple people reading from the same script.

The PTZ teleprompter features a lightweight hood that fully encloses the PTZ camera, which allows its movement to remain unconstrained. The hood includes an opening in the back that gives you quick access to the PTZ camera's inputs and outputs. The opening can be closed with a drawstring, which removes the possibility of any light leaks.

[Rectangular] We love this new ikan teleprompter, the design is far ahead of the other teleprompters we have. Adjusting balance and mounting different cameras is far simpler and the SDI input is a huge plus! 5

[4:3] The flex plus high bright model we got has side inputs in the monitor so attaching the HDMI and SDI cables was easy, not sure how anyone would have issues with this. Love the folding hood and removable back sled. We can swap it from a regular teleprompter to a freestanding teleprompter. For the price it's well worth it, the only complaint I have is the software is a bit dated, but at least the software as included for free. 5

[Glass] I love how slim and light weight it is. It makes it more portable. With all the other equipment, things can get heavy so portability is a plus. Have not had any problems with it. It has HDMI and VGA connections. It has a button that can flip the image (or words). I use it as a teleprompter monitor. Seems very high quality at a very affordable price! 5

They are going to change the image associated with the 19 inch and they are working to certify the glass/beamsplitter. When a manufacturer calls me and listens I pay attention and feel better about the purchase... Ignore the previous posts. 5

[Glass] It is hard to believe that you can get a 3G teleprompter at this price point. We mounted this to our Grass Valley LDX86s with Fujinon glass, and it works great. We had a lot of doubts, but are incredibly happy with this purchase. 5

[Aluminum] This is a really easy to read teleprompter. I've been in newscasting for 20 years, and have used a variety of prompters, but I find this one extremely user-friendly. The only trouble we have had has been with the remote. It seems to stick a little bit. But other than that, I do recommend this equipment! 5
