Featuring low resistance cells, which allows the user to draw high current up to 12A from a single cell, and 90Wh from a single battery. Extra high performance contacts have been added which benefits the high performance range, taking the load off existing contacts, this allowing you pull more current comfortably. The battery also features a built-in fuel gauge, D-Tap connector for powering accessories, thermal protection, short circuit protection, as well as discharge and voltage protection.

A: Yes, the XDCA has a v-mount attachment. I use these batteries on my FS7 and they work perfectly.

A: If that light has a V-mount battery connection, then this should work. But because I do not know if that light has any other requirements for power other than a generic V-mount battery, I cannot guarantee if it will work. Q: 4. What voltage output is the D-tap? Regulated or unregulated?

A: According to Dracast, the D-tap voltage is 12 volts and unregulated. This actually is the usual arrangement for a D-tap across the industry.

Q: 5. Can this battery be charged while attached to the light while the light is plugged in with wall power cable?

A: Unfortunately, the battery cannot be charged while attached to the light while it is plugged into the wall. You would need a charger like the Dracast DR-CH2V Dual V-Mount Battery Charger B&H # DRCH2V. Please see the image.

Q: 6. What are the dimensions of this battery? it says 6.7 x 3.9 x 1.5 but it seems to be the dimensions of the regular battery not the compact (regular is stated as 6.69 x 3.94 x 1.85 ), can someone please elaborate on the real size? mainly the hight?

Q: 8. I asked this question once before, unfortunately my words appear to be edited. Can these batteries be considered as 'high output' as required for certain lights? What is their amperage?

A: I believe that all Lithium-Ion batteries are considered high output. However, what other manufacturers mean when they say that their equipment needs a high output battery may be different. I can not speak for what others mean when they use this phrase, but my understanding is that the very nature of Lithium-Ion is such that they can be considered high output. - - - - - - - - - - - - Regarding the amperage question, if you divide the Watt-hours (Wh) by the Voltage (V) of the battery, it will give you the Amp-hours (Ah). So, for our 90 Wh batteries, the Ah are just over sixthe actual number I got was 6.081081... - - - Now, this is not the actual amperage, just the amp-hours, but it is as close as I can get. Sorry if the answer to this question is as obvious as it seems.

A: This will work just fine with the Genaray SpectroLED. We even have a few other battery and power solutions with a 14.8v rating listed for the light. That is just a nominal rating for the battery, it will not cause any damage to the light if you use a battery that is slightly higher.

[Lithium-Ion] Even though it seems to be of a design that may fail, I have used it non-stop for two years of Production Sound for double system film sound recording and it has worked perfectly. I actually bought two of them in case one failed, but so far I have only used one. It is much better than the one made by Sound Devices, because it has a lower profile when fitted with an XL-B3 battery pack. A professional will pay attention to what they are doing when inserting and removing this, and will never have problems! 5

[6.3 mAh / 90 Wh] I was looking for a small, low profile power system to power my Sony A7Sii, monitor, follow focus and wireless transmitter. I bought this with the Hawk-Woods 98Wh and 150Wh Mini V-Mount batteries. Since the plate comes with 4 built in D-Tap receptacles I am able to have one small but powerful battery source for everything. The plate also takes my full size V-Mount batteries should I need them in. 5

[V-Mount] This should be the standard battery sled for the Mixpre ii. I don't know what Sound Device is thinking when they design the AA battery sled. Huge design failure!. Keep falling and never securely locks. I like this sled better (Sound Device has one too). And when using it with Sony NP-F7XX, it last up 8+ hours (4 times longer than AA battery), and I'm sure it will last up to 12 hour (6 times longer) when using Sony NP-F9XX. The only cons is it's super thight. Don't use it if you plan to remove the sled very often. I suggest use USB-C port for file transfer when using this. 5

[1.8 lb] It's a V mount battery that holds a charge and powers things. Not sure what else it can do! In regards to the person who gave it a 1 star rating because it didn't include an item that is not listed in the description, well that's just silly. I've seen those kinds of reviews a lot lately and not sure why they are allowed up. Oh well. 5

[6.3 mAh / 90 Wh] I bought two of these as camera batts for my Sony F5. Depending on the shoot, one batt will last most of the day and I'll often change over to the second one during a break for the last part of the shoot. The little LED lights will show that it's almost out of juice, but the F5 displays the voltage reading and I'll keep using the battery down to about 13.5V The battery seems to have a predictable and steady drain. I've been using them now for about 6 months and no surprises. I love the small profile and light weight. 5

[Lithium-Ion] This adapter could be sold by dozens if it was better marketed. It is a fantastic idea for anyone with on set monitors (focus pullers, camera ops, video village) . Worth EVERY penny. Hot swap is the bomb. 5
