[Cokin NX] The Sony 50 mm is a very sharp lens and great for portraits. Much more cost effective then the f1.2 5

[Cokin NX] Easy enough to install, but the supplied screw driver was too big and the instructions showed the wrong number of screws for this this lens. The correct number of screws were provided. Once installed, it allowed me to use the relatively inexpensive and light rear filters Haida makes. 5

[5 x 4.6 x 0.7"] I've seen other reviews that indicated installation was difficult. It isn't really if you take your time, do it in a good workspace and carefully align things. I suggest before doing so, you should review the online installation videos as there are several available. Look at them all because each are slightly different and it will give you a different perspective. Believe me it will make the process much easier. As a final note you will only need to buy one set of filters but you must use the correct adapter ring for the lens you will be using with the filters. 5

[0.105 lb] Purchased this along with the Sony FE 14mm f/.8 GM lens. It was very easy to install but be sure to have a #000 torx screwdriver to remove the Sony screws since the supplied screwdriver only work with the Haida screws. I do recommend have an electronics mat to work on since the screws are very small and become easily lost. Installing the back plan filters are simple and you just flip the latch the hold them in place. The entire kit is a nice addon to any shooter of this lens! 5

[0.105 lb] My first GM and decided to go with the 50mm 1.4 over the 1.2, i tested it in Antigua Guatemala, and man this lens is sweet! 5
