A: At thirty feet the 650 Plus is not going to have a strong light output.At 18 feet on full spot the light will be no more than 1120 lumens. At 30 feet it will be less.

A: Yes, The larger pocket will fit anything that is 15X9. It will fit a Macbook pro 15 inch as it comes in at ‎7.87 x 11.97 x 0.59 inches.

Q: 6. Can I connect a line directly through a mixer or a sennheiser receiver?

A: Hi Tatiana. Yes, to record editing-quality sound, you can connect a mixer or Sennheiser receiver to one of the 3pin XLRs of the A-Box to then send a line level to the camera.

Q: 7. Will either channel 1 or 2 record audio in stereo? or channel 1 = left channel only, and channel 2 = right channel only in mono?

A: Hi James. The A-box sends two independent channels. It is up the the setting in the camera how these are used, so check your settings, but it is wired as two independent tracks.

Q: 8. Does the kit include a 3/8 mounting screw?

A: No, the Wooden Camera Dual Rod Bracket for PDM-1 & ALEXA 35 does not come with any 3/8"-16 screws.

Q: 9. Is compatible with the older Codex XR cards found on the Arri XT?

A: no this will not work withthe older Codex XR cards from the ALEXA XT

Q: 10. It appears that the 150W light in this kit is supplied with a bulb having a 2900 degree color temperature, while the other two lights are supplied with 3200 degree bulbs. Are 3200 degree bulbs available that would fit in the 150 watt housing? And can anyone comment on how likely the 2900 vs 3200 difference is to be a significant issue in video'ing indoor interviews? Thanks.

A: While there are no 3200° K bulbs for the Arri 150 Fresnel, the difference in color temperature can be supplemented with the use of a CTB filter or with a custom white balance setting in the camera.

[Black] Considering my set of Canon CN-E primes is about 4 times the cost of my car, I feel safe with my lenses in this case when I drive my old Honda Civic to a shoot. I also fly a good bit, and while I would prefer not to check my lenses, if I have to I can be confident that they'll be in good shape when I get to location. 5
