  • The PX-S6000 delivers the genuine touch of a grand piano thanks to the Smart Hybrid Hammer Action Keyboard, which faithfully conveys the nuanced expressions of the player. This mechanism digitally controls the sound response generated by each key and has been designed to have the same hammer feeling as a grand piano. Each of the individual 88 keys has a unique and delicate touch, depending on the keyboard range and how it is played.
  • The white keys are made from a hybrid structure that uses spruce in addition to resin; and the white and black keys replicate the ivory and ebony texture, enabling the same feel as when you play a grand piano.

  • The PX-S6000’s 32W, 4-way Spatial Sound System delivers rich, room-filling sound from behind a sleek fabric cover. These speakers are meticulously tuned to resonate within the PX-S6000’s wood and resin body. They are equipped with Side Enhancing Diffusers that help produce a wider sound despite the compact size of the piano.
  • Using the Piano Position function, you can configure the Spatial Sound System to sound its best when placed against a wall, in the center of a room, on a table, or anywhere else in your home.

  • Two headphone jacks allow for quiet play at any time.
  • Headphone Mode automatically optimizes the sound for listening through headphones, creating a more natural listening experience as if the sound were playing through the speakers.

  • The piano is equipped with two control knobs, a pitch-bend wheel, and expression pedal input. Using these, you can control parameters such as filter cutoff frequency, resonance, attack and release times, arpeggiator, and DSP effect parameters in real time with a single touch and enjoy dynamic changes to add expressivity to your performance.

  • The included WU-BT10 Bluetooth audio and MIDI adapter lets you connect to a whole world of MIDI software including the Casio Music Space app and allows you to stream your favorite music through the built-in speakers.

  • Casio Music Space is a free app exclusively for Casio digital piano and keyboard users. When running on iOS or Android devices connected to your Casio piano via USB, the app acts as digital musical score, a music teacher, a live-performance simulator, and as an all-around app to enjoy learning and playing music.
  • The app is for complete beginners, people taking up an instrument again, and anyone who wants to experience a new way of playing. Expand your enjoyment of music by watching, listening, and playing through the app.

  • MIDI recorder allows you to capture your playing as MIDI song data, which can be played back from the Digital Piano—perfect for piano lessons and practice.
  • Data can also be saved to a USB flash drive as a standard MIDI file (SMF) for later playback or for use with a DAW or other electronic musical instruments.

  • The 1/4" microphone input allows you to connect a microphone, so you can sing along while you play. Hear your voice through the instrument's speakers, and even record your performance to USB audio.

  • The PX-S6000 can be played anywhere, thanks to its optional 8 x AA battery power.

Q: 1. I have a canon camera model eos 60D which come equipped with master flash infrared signal function from the camera body, via pop up flash unit. Can I use the PX-T transmitter without the speedlight EX-550?I read about Nikon popup flash master signal infrared transmitter, and I see radiopopper company sale an adapter to take advantage of the camera signal built in. I appreciate your comments and help. Thank you. Sergio from Miami, Fl.

A: The PX-T transmitter cannot work with the Canon popup flashes only with specific Nikon bodies with this adapter, http://bhpho.to/1mj23fg This is the compatibility list for Nikon and Canon,Canon PX Transmitter (Master Devices): 550EX, 580EX, 580EXII, 600EX-RT (1) ST-E2 MasterPX Receiver (Slave Flashes): 420EX (2), 430EX, 430EXII, 550EX, 580EX, 580EXII, 600EX-RT (3)NikonPX Transmitter (Commanders): SB-700 (4), SB-800, SB-900 (4), SB-910(4) SU-800 Commander Camera bodies with built-in commanders: D80, D90, D200, D300, D600, D700, D800 (requires RadioPopper Nikon Pop-Up Adaptor)PX Receiver (Remote Flashes): SB-600, SB-700 (5), SB-800, SB-900, SB-910 (6)

Q: 2. Does this work with the nikon sb5000?

A: Funny you should ask. My son and I just tested this the other day on my sb5000. What we found out is the controller does work, but the receiver has to be rigged into the right spot on the sb500, since the sensor is way higher than on the SB 910s, etc. Once it is rigged into right spot, it works perfectly. I figure radio popper will come out with the correct size adapter. Meanwhile, we will just rig up our own.

Q: 3. Is the fz1000 ii worth for money? Is the fz300 and fz1000 which is more cheaper better that n fz1000ii? And can we control zoom and focus using the ring behind the lens barrel? please answer all the questions.

A: They are both good cameras. The FZ300 is better in low light due to the f2.8 aperture and it also has a longer zoom range. The FZ1000-II has a larger image sensor and a higher resolution so it have better image quality. The FZ300 only has a power zoom lens but offers manual focus too using a separate control. The FZ1000-II has a zoom ring that can be switched between use as a zoom ring of a focus ring.

Q: 4. ricoh WG-80 BH #RIWG80B has one strap eye let. is a 2nd one possible? Need to hang round my neck, not on my hand. BH #RIG900 has two strap eye lets. I am a shooter street photographer.

A: Although it's not possible to add another eyelet to the Ricoh WG-80, you could use a strap such as the OP/TECH USA Mini Loop Strap-QD (Black), BH # OPSMLQDB which can still be worn around your neck while utilizing the single eyelet. https://bhpho.to/36eqS8O

Q: 5. FZ1000 II vs FZ2500? Mainly for video. In dpreview I heard that 1000 (not II) has a little bit sharper lens than 2500 (probably, because of shorter focal length). It's good but not enough to outweigh 2500's pluses: ND, 200mbit in 1080p, longer zoom. Especially, considering equal cost in my country. May it be that 1000 II has better lens than 1000 (= much better than 2500)?

A: It is a matter of opinion but the better video performance in the 2500 makes it a better choice for video. The optical quality is slightly better in the 1000 Mark 2 but not enough to make a difference.

Q: 6. Hi, does it have French language in the setup menu ?

A: "oui monsieur"

Q: 7. Time lapse capability?

A: The Ricoh WG-80 Digital Camera does create time lapse movies from still images automatically in camera. It does not store the individual still images though.

Q: 8. Is lens threaded so a filter may be added?

A: Yes it is , it takes 62mm filters

Q: 9. BH Photo, do you have EU version of this transmitter?

A: We offers a CE/Euro version of the PX-T, which is B&H # RAPXTCE. Please see the image for reference.

Q: 10. If I understand how these work, they just interpret the optical slave information into radio frequency, send the info to the receiver which then interprets it back into optical info. If that's the case, can this be used with Sony?

A: I'm using these with Nikon and the SU-800 commander and SB-910 and 800 speedlights. They do solve the problem of triggering flashes when the unit cannot see other units. There are several choices to do this. The advantage of this unit is that you can also change the output of the speedlights in the mix because that's what the commander unit does. I am not sure what functionality is provided by Sony. If you're only tring to trigger the flashes and not control the output then I would choose something from pocket wizard. The new Nikon speedlights have radio control built in eliminating the need for all of this.

[GM] While the Yamaha keys do feel more like grand piano keys, this keyboard SOUNDS better than the Yamaha 143. recommended.

[2x MIDI] Beautiful sound. Beautiful action. Beautiful look. Stylish and sturdy as quality furniture should, while portable when needed. The PriviaGrd BN sound is my favorite - so expressive. We visited the Bechstein center in Berlin and were awed by the sound of their acoustic pianos, and decided to purchase this Casio model, which was on display there, when we came home. Very happy with the purchase.

[LCD] The keys and action feel great, the piano sounds are realistic, and the keyboard looks better in person. Casio has come a long way with digital pianos and this a real professional grade instrument. Unless you're playing the most technical top level classical music, this will cover all your needs.

[4x 8 W] Did a lot of research into what to get for my first proper digital piano, and so far very happy with going with the PX-S3100. Was considering the FP30X as the biggest competitor, along with the P125, DGX670B, and ES120. But for the price ($750) and all the extra sounds, I'm happy I went with the PX-S3100. Build quality feels solid, it feels and sounds like an analog piano. Also honestly part of the reason I went with it was that it just looks a whole lot nicer than the competition. And it's noticeably smaller and lighter than some of the competition too (looking at you DGX670B). If you're dead set on the most similar experience to an analog piano than the FP30X is probably want you want. But after playing it, I think there's a reason there only seems to be a single guy who is complaining so much about the key feel while everyone else considers itself perfectly fine.

So if you're looking for a really impressive beginner/intermediate digital piano for under $800, this is really what you want and I'm glad I went with it.

[LCD] I've been looking for a lightweight stage piano for years, as my current one is just too heavy, and discourages me from seeking more gigs. The PX5S is the answer. It sounds great, and the price is terrific. It's a great value. Having now used it on a gig, the difference in weight is a blessing for this old back of mine. Light weigh alone is not enough, and the Privia comes through with stellar sound quality, a terrific weighted keyed, and a raft of useful features. I'm extremely=tremely please to have purchased this piano. I have already been spreading the word about its many virtues.

[4x 8 W] I play piano for hours, so this stand has made a big difference. It's sturdy, even for intense playing, and makes my Casio feel that much more like the real thing. It also looks great no matter where you put it, which is a plus.

[20 W] This is a very clean and small, easy-to-move piano, with great sound and feel to the keys. The bench is also pretty nice as well.

[Yes] I needed a light weight digital piano with 88 weighted keys, I can't think of any other keyboard that has such great action with such light weight! Add on top of that the amazing sounds this keyboard has!
Great service from B&H also!
