A: The StarTech Stereo Mini (3.5mm) TRRS to 2 Stereo Mini (3.5mm) TRS BH #STMUYHSFMM is a headset splitter. It will take a TRRS headset (single plug) and split it to 2 x 3.5mm. One would be for audio, the other for the mic. If you are trying to split a signal from a headset to go from the audio or mic to the recorder, yes it will do that.

[powerCON Male] I've used ProCo for years and was concerned that these StageMASTER cables were not labeled on the sleeves, but I contacted ProCo and it's an issue with COVID, again. The quality seems fine and they assured me that they have the full, lifetime warranty. So far the sound quality is fine and the cable quality is excellent for the price. 5

[0.375 lb] We have only two XLR jacks in the ceiling above our stage. Our choir has increased in size and I needed to cover a larger area. So I am using two of these and I am able to hang four overhead choir mics now. Works great. 5

[12 AWG] I have always purchased ProCo cable for both studio and field and I have to say they build great cables that last and can really take abuse unlike others. Sure there is Monster that many push but if you ask me there is no comparison, the ProCo build quality of the cable and connectors is better. The company seems to really care about how they build their cables plus they are made in USA that to me is always nice to see. I also like they are now made with the new Black Neutrik connectors, overall great cable. 5
