A: I use this Stand an boom on location. I have never had a concern about the boom being able to support and main light and large modifier when properly counter balanced. I do not have casters on my stand. If you are rolling on a very smooth floor the casters should do nicely. I was a little disappointed in the sturdiness of the stand. It flexes in the wind when extended and a supporting a loaded boom. But it seems to be holding up okay for now and it's hard to find another stand with the same specs that's any more sturdy. If you find something lmk. Thanks!

A: I use them on my canon 70D and have had no problem with them. They go in tight and the lugs have not damaged them at all. I go strapless 80% of the time and this is the best option I could find for quick strap detachment.

I find that getting noise-free lav-placement one of the most nerve-wracking aspects to film-making. These have really helped give some peace of mind. I appreciate the little two-sided stickies that they come with. It was surprisingly easy to wrap the fur around and stick on to the lave assembly to completely surround the mic end. 5

I use two of these foam to raise the existing acoustic panels on my desk. Then I use two more pieces to separate the panels on my desk to give me more room for voiceover. 5

I used these, in addition to another set of four that I already had, to reduce the bass echo in a small whisper room. These made a significant difference. There is no echo anymore and my voice sounds much better for recording. They should come standard with the room in my opinion. The foam is also very sturdy and fits in the corners of the carpeted walls without any adhesive or hook & loop fasteners. 5

Run and gun production, filmed out in the desert and the Bubblebee came through. Yes, on gusts I heard wind, but the audio still came through clean, without cutting out or distortion. Highly recommend. 5
