A: From testing one at the store, I can confirm that it does fit the A7IV. However, I can also confirm what Julien from easyCover has said - there is a cutout on the left for a knob that isn't on the A7IV, and that it does accommodate the mode-switch on the A7IV.

A: No this cover, and most body covers, are designed to fit only the camera body and protect it from all sides. That gets in the way of the battery grip and would not be compatible without potentially modifying it. But it is not intended for that use.

A: I added a small black sewing button (bottom side up) to the shutter button with a bit of adhesive. This raised the shutter release enough to avoid missing shots and to aid AF by half-way pressing down the shutter release.
