[Hook & Loop] I have had the strip box for some time, but even that sometimes had too much spread. The grid really helps the light fall-off and concentrates the light. I use this with a Nikon SB_800 and it does require a bit of a boost to compensate for some light loss, but no too much. I love it. 5

[1.22 lb] The mounting plate is solid as can be, multiple mounting points for rotating it or attaching other accessories like external battery power. The clips are simple and easy to use. The perfect solution for pairing up multiple bulbs. It's flat and easy to pack up so I'll probably get a larger one that holds more lights some day as well. 5
