A: I have a Canon 5d and a Canon 70-200 f4 lense. This attached combination fits when laid down horizontally. There is room next to the lens for my Fuji x100t. Standing the canon up vertically with the lens in one of the attached dividers works, but not that well. The camera body sticks up above the mouth of the bag about an inch. The lid of the bag can still cover it and fasten. I think the f2.8 version of this lens is about an inch longer and would not fit in either orientation. In general I like the F-3x bag. I use it for several different sets of equipment without any bag reconfiguration. ( medium format with 2 lenses, 5d with 2 lenses, 5d with 1 lens and x100t, etc)

A: Elliot, the same closing clasp is still on it, you have to pinch it firmly, I still thing the Domke bag overall is the best brand. Maybe you can use both hands opening it. Better yet do like me, I never close that clasp, unless I am traveling. I have this exact bag. Love it.

A: The Domke PhoTOGS Vest (X-Large) is for people with a waist from 44 to 50 inches and a chest up to 52 inches.

A: You, will not be able to fit ay laptop in the back pocket, as it has a middle stitching.

A: Unfortunately, Domke does not list the length for the Domke PhoTOGS Vest (X-Large, Sand). The sizing chart only lists waist and chest measurements. This Domke Photo Vest is very long and does cover way below the pockets of a jeans pants for instance.

A: There is foam only in the bottom of the bag. What this bag is about is functional access and light weight, I have used these bags for years always with hog end kit, and have never had any damaged equipment. This is the bag that made Domkes reputation. Canvas is better than nylon. Buy it for a full size slr with either 2 spare lens or 1 lens plus flash,you wont regret it. Extra front pocket for batteries etc also zipped pocket in flap.

A: The vests are larger than the US jacket measurement. The Domke PhoTOGS Vest Medium and small has 47" and 44" chest measurements respectively.
