A: The Logitech BRIO Ultra HD Pro Webcam BH #LOBRIOWC90F does not have that specification outlined but it will automatically adjust it based on the environment lighting you are in. It should not have any type of color cast unless the environment lighting isn't very good or it throws off the sensor. My best advice is to download the logitech software where you will be able to adjust that manually if need be and to also invest in some good lighting for the space you are in.

A: The Brio has a threaded insert that allows you to mount it on any tripod camera screw. I have a 30 year old Bogen 3001 with a 3126 fluid motion mount I've used for video recording, a dynex dx-sw404 monopod, and a manfrotto mtpixi-rd. All of them will accept the Brio. The Manfrotto 128RC QR Micro Fluid Head is very much like mine and should fit the bill. B&H does sell it by the way.
