  • A Super Multi-Layer Coating has been applied to lens elements to minimize lens flare and ghosting and contribute to producing contrast-rich and color-neutral imagery, even in backlit conditions.

  • Rounded nine-blade diaphragm contributes to a smooth and pleasing bokeh quality.
  • Dual-action zoom design allows both rotary zooming using the zoom ring and straight zooming grasping the end of the lens. This allows for both delicate, intuitive, and quick operation.
  • The lens is constructed using a Thermally Stable Composite (TSC) material, along with traditional metals, for greater precision and use in wide temperature variations.
  • The bayonet mount is constructed from brass for ensured accuracy and durability.
  • Tripod collar has a rotating design, and the replaceable foot is Arca-type compatible for easy mounting.

[f/4.5 to 6.3] On original one, the tightening screw stripped out and the hood flopped around on the lens, the new one works perfect so far.

[Autofocus] This is actually my second Sigma 60-600mm Sport lens. My first was the original DSLR model, which I used on my Canon 90D. When I switched to a SONY A7RV, I bought the Sigma MC-11 Lens Adapter, which worked quite well, but was a little bit cumbersome when switching lenses to ones that already have the SONY E-Mount. I believed the hype that said this newer version was better than the original, so I bought it. Were they ever RIGHT!?!?! It is a WONDEFUL lens!! It tracks well, focuses quickly, and produces super-crisp images. It is definitely my go-to lens for wildlife photography!

[39.6° to 4.1°] This is heavy, but I've already taken some great shots of my son while wrestling and now we can't wait for racing season to start up and get some awesome action on the track as well!

[0.41x] Absolutely wonderful lens that gives you an amazing amount of versatility. It is a bit on the heavy side but the ability to go from 60mm to 600mm in seconds is something you cannot replace.

[Autofocus] I love this all around lens, a bit heavy but well worth it.

[Yes] The focus and image quality is good so far.

For question Does the lens's Optical Stabilizer works together with Lumix S5ii's body IS (Dual I.S)?

I want to clarify that you could either choose body IS or lens IS (with body only for rotation), but there is no option for Dual I.S (body + lens), unlike the Lumix S 70-300.

[Full-Frame] Is it worth all of the extra bulk for 100-200 extra mm? I don’t know. The difference between 400mm and 600mm is small but comes at a price ($ and weight). It’s really hard to use at 600mm without a tripod. But if you are wanting that extra mm without having to carry many lenses, this has you covered. I probably should have opted for a 150-400 or similar.
In any regard, if you know what you need, this lens is excellent.

[L-Mount] It's obvious that the lens has a ton of range, but the macro capabilities at 200mm are surprisingly good. There is great detail through the entire range and it focuses fast. I use it to shoot track and field and the ability to shoot multiple events from a single location is fabulous. I'm in love with this lens.

[f/4.5 to 6.3] Bought the lens to complement my Leica SL90-280 and wow, what a great lens I can say only one week after receiving. Fast AF on the SL2-S.
Couldn't be happier, especially at the price point.
