Ideally suited for use in studios and small spaces, this 24 x 7" Lyra LBX8 Bi-Color LED Light Panelfrom Lyra LBX8 Bi-Color LED Light Panelcombines high CRI LEDs with a 1/2-stop integrated soft panel. The fixture is designed to deliver diffused light with single shadows at a wide beam angle of 110°, providing a generous amount of soft illumination and ample coverage. Its variable color temperature of 3200-5600K suits this light for any lighting scenario. The LBX8 can output a strong, bright diffused light with 1565 lux at 3.3', making it ideal for interviews or broadcast setups.

On the back of the 50W fixture is a single yellow knob that can be used for onboard dimming from 10 to 100%, as well as DMX in and out ports that enable external control through a user-supplied console. For viewing your output, an LED readout screen is also available on the back side. The Lyra LBX8 uses a silent passive cooling system and accepts input power from 110 to 220 VAC. A yoke is included with the product, featuring a 5/8" (baby) and 1-1/8" (junior) combo pin that can be used with most available grip stands.

A: Daniel, you should be able to turn it off by using the remote control. With the remote control after its paired you would hold down C & D

A: They have upgraded the case since Ive purchased my kit. My case is porely designed and difficult to assemble and required tech support to assemble it.iKan addressed my request with a YouTube video on how to assemble. They contacted me to let me know that a new case was available. I dont know if the new design was an improvement.

[LED] I bought two Ikan’s and satisfied with their performance purchased another three. It’s a really nice lightweight soft light and the reflective barn doors seem to help that. I’m using them in a small church stage setting for video and they do the job well. I initially chose them because they had DMX capability so as to fit in with the rest of our DMX lighting rig.I needed a soflight that was colour temp accurate and lightweight and not too pricey. My only issue was a dodgy power unit which arrived that way. It was duly replaced by Ikan. So far, they’re great. 5

[Passive] Bought 2 lights. Nothing short of awesome! Adjustable dimming and color temp is amazing. Plus they'll run approximately an hour and 10 minutes off a Anton Bauer brick. Great fill in field and perfect for green screen work. They're light and compact and pretty much fit any stand. This is a must have light for any busy production house that needs to run and gun a busy schedule. Buy em and love em! 5

[50 W ] One of my favorite lights I’ve ever used hands down. I used these to light up some scenes for a commercial we shot in a large mall that had daylight pouring into it. The output with both bi-color options were strong and consistent and we used the battery power option with both of the lights we had. We had to circulate batteries pretty often but nothing that impeded production where we had to stop just had to keep an eye on battery life but while we were switching through a lot of locations the batteries were extremely helpful. 5

[Proprietary] I received my lights a few weeks back and really got a chance to work with them. They are light, easy to setup, come in perfect size packaging, and have a controllable soft light look that allows for perfection in lighting. I enjoy the overall range and also the reflectors as you can fold them to block off half of the light or even block it off to 1 quarter square projection which is nice if you are only needing low lights. I love the wireless remote that allows you to control the level of intensity and color temperature from a distance. I got to stay with my camera and fine tune the lighting without running around from light to light. This is a great product and highly recommended. 5

[50 W ] I needed lights that could put up with student (=rough) handling, and I wanted the following features:� High CRI rating, already-soft light source, barn doors, bi-color, and dimmable. What I got that put them in the 5-star zone is the remotes.� Now I boom-arm-mounted top light -- and with students there are always safety concerns -- is easy for the students to adjust. 5
