The awesome, deadly power of 10 different weapons and two shields, from axes, to swords, to war hammers, it's all in your hands. Each weapon comes with 12 different files, and each shield with eight different files. Bodies and tails also come in separate files, to allow you to customize the audio wrath.

Fine Damascus steel was made with up to 300 layers of steel. Though not quite as complex as these notable blades, our sound designers cleaved into their creativity to forge new sounds and capture the truest edge of each weapon.

The gore sounds of stabs and slices bring out the complete sound for the Designed pack. Perfect for video games where total immersion has become a requirement, these sounds have already been given the full, carnal power necessary to create that full Hollywood sound, and are ready to use in your project without any further editing.

Boom searched across Europe for the best armorers they could find. When that epic journey ended, they even dug through scrapyards and archeological sites. All this to capture the sounds of medieval close-quarters combat as realistically as possible. Ranged weapons were not included, only the raw brutality of hand-held steel and iron.

Weapons:

  • Flail
  • Hammer
  • Mace
  • Wooden Staff
  • Dagger
  • Large Axe
  • Small Axe

To provide you with the fastest and easiest workflow possible, all files contain extensive metadata like file descriptions and keywords to quickly find the sounds you're seeking. Metadata can be read and processed by audio management tools. Some digital audio workstations feature an included search tool that can also read embedded metadata. Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can I record each of the pre-amp channels individually while playing a live show in Sonar Software LE? Cheers

A: the USB output on the ZED 16FX is only able to output 2 channels simultaneously. Main Mix (Post-fade), the Main Mix (Pre-Fade), Auxes 1-2, or Auxes 3-4. Unfortunately there are no individual outputs available on this unit.

Q: 2. Where is it made?

A: The Heil Sound PL2T Overhead Studio and Broadcast Boom Mount is made in China.

Q: 3. Can I use this with my sE X1 A mic and shockmount?

A: The Heil Sound PL2T Overhead Studio and Broadcast Boom Mount will work with the SE X1's shockmount provided you have a 5/8"-27 threaded opening. Manufacturer's often include a couple of adapters for interchangeability, but if you happen to not have the right size, you can still use the Broadcast Boom arm by getting the Auray AD-5838-B 5/8"-27 Female to 3/8"-16 adapter.

Q: 4. The top of my desk has molding directly underneath so that a clamp-style mount doesn't work for me. My question is, can the clamp be removed to allow a direct mount (i.e. a plate with screw holes in it)?

A: You would require the compatible rise for it to be able to do that. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/616745-REG/Heil_Sound_RS_1_RS_1_Riser_Mount.html

Q: 5. Can someone tell me if this is the black version of the boom?

A: The Matthews Baby Boom BH #MABBM is a chrome steel boom.

Q: 6. Do you think it would be possible to safely mount an Arri 650 to this guy? based off of the weight restrictions, and counterbalance formula it looked like id be able to safely get about 4 ft of extension. Which doesn't really get me much more then just a regular C stand arm. Would appreciate any thoughts, or recommendations.

A: Yes this would support it , make sure you counter weight it and sand bags

Q: 7. Does this have monitor outputs as well as main outs?

A: No the Allen & Heath ZED16FX does not have monitor outputs.

Q: 8. Wow, how old is this model? It says the USB on it (I do not even a USB jack in the rear, weird) is 1980s style USB 1.1. I thought they stopped making those 20 years ago! Anyhow, I was about to ask if the USB to the computer can handle 16 tracks IN and 16 tracks out... but if the interface is of the ancient USB 1.1 type.... then I should be asking if this thing can handle a stereo pair of signals to the computer... or only 1 x 1 mono?

A: The ZED-16FX was released in 2012. The USB connector is located on the surface of the mixer, not on the rear panel.A standard USB type B connector plugs in with a supplied cable. The three selector switches determine what is sent on the USB output. They work on a priority system, so that if more than one is pressed, the nearest one to the top takes precedence. If all threeare pressed, the Aux 1 & 2 signals would be sent by the USB device. The mixer is equipped with a stereo bi-directional USB 1.1 compliant audio CODEC. It is fully compliant with USB 2 ports and uses standard Windows and Mac Core Audio drivers. In other words, plug it in and your computer will find it and will be able to transfer audio to and from the ZED USB device. The mixer is supplied with SONAR X1 LE digital audio workstation software.Send Options:1) Main Mix Left + Right (post fade)2) Main Mix Left + Right (pre fade)3) Aux 1-24) Aux 3-FXReturn Options:1) To Stereo 3 ChannelMore information---On the Allen & Heath website, a href= http://www.allen-heath.com target= _blank www.allen-heath.com/aUsers can see or download the User Guide for the products which are listed under DOCUMENTS for each model.

Q: 9. Are the 4 Mics input XLR?

A: Yes. The Yamaha MG10X 10-Input Mixer with Built-In FX has four XLR-1/4" combo jack inputs for channels 1 through 4 which will accept either XLR or 1/4" connectors and can be used for microphones or line level signal.

Q: 10. I want to use it for heavy video editing on my M1 Max Macbook, Can it handle that ?

A: Yes you could edit video from the OWC 2TB Envoy Pro FX External SSD.

[Download] These rigs sound amazing! Lots of different impulses and captures to match most scenarios. The addition of direct rigs for use with even more impulse responses is a huge bonus.

[Download] This is my seventh virtual piano. See my review of the Bösendorfer also by VSL — this is just as supremely recorded and I prefer the Steinway sound. It's hard to see how anyone will ever do any better than this. There are 10 different microphone positions (plus the room mix which incorporates several of them in the standard library; I think the full library gives added richness). I use eight of them (not the Main or the main-C) and the plate reverb at 30% which I like better than the algorithmic reverb or the delay. If you can't afford the full, the standard will still be superior to anything else out there.

[Download] LOTS of articulations that play well with each other. The Synchron Player is also much easier to use than either Kontakt based sample libraries or Vienna's earlier Vienna Instruments based libraries.

[Download] It's not a big sample library but the bell tones are excellent! I could not find a comparable library for this type of bell sound from the other big name sample library companies, so this fills a niche missed by others.

[Download] Albums are really very lovely. I like them and will use them.

I would have liked to have an option to also have full page self-adhesive pages. I cannot find self-adhesive pages to fit these albums and do not want top loading pages. Advise on this would be appreciated.
