[280 W] Hard to find an OEM replacement but this appeared to be. Works great!

[0.7 lb] After receiving aftermarket counterfeits from another popular online retailer, I was fed up and ordered this one. It is a genuine Optoma replacement and is operating as expected.

[0.7 lb] Purchased 04/2020 after original lamp failed. Being used in my Optoma GT5600 Projector mounted on the ceiling. TV, movies, Switch games played no problem. Used typically between 4-8 hours/day as this is my main living room TV.


I will update when the lamp fails.

[0.7 lb] I use this for my main living room TV @ 120ish. I use in eco mode, not bright mode (as bright has a very green tint). I've had my projector since late 2018 and this is the 2nd bulb I have purchased. Projector probably averages ~4000-5000 hours/year averaged either displaying Movies, TV, Switch Games or just the Roku Aquarium screensaver. Rated life on these is 10k hours in eco and I think I'm getting at least that. Something to note is that these die with violence. Nice pop and shattering glass in the metal housing, so make sure you clean up before replacing!

[0.7 lb] After searching around for several months and wasting money for return shipping on Lamps that were advertised as original or OEM, I finally received one that was. Their customer service told me this was an original Optoma Lamp in the Optoma packaging and they were correct. Other Lamps I wasted money on were not nearly as bright, and this Lamp was exactly how my original was. Thank you for providing me with great customer service, a great as advertised product, and a great price. I will only buy Lamps from B&H from now on.

[0.7 lb] The bulb is a real, genuine Optoma bulb, so no doubt it will fit and work perfectly. And it does. B&H always gets me the best product with top-notch support, and I will always come here, first.

[280 W] I appreciate the quick delivery as promised and lamp seems to work as described. It's been installed for about a couple of weeks and everything so far is great.
