Q: 4. does the spool work with a Target brownie six-20

A: The 620 spool only fits the cameras that are for that film size. So yes. I have a roll of 620 from B and H in a Kodak Junior now. And Ive used 620 film in circa 1920 Brownies.

Q: 5. will this film work in a Kodak duaflex 2 camera?

A: You should get 12 exposures.

Q: 7. Would this film, 620, work on a Jiffy Kodak Six-16 camera?

[620] Because I have a BA in fine art photography, and I like to tinker; people some times give me interesting old cameras. This time it was a 1940s vintage Kodak Browny that uses 620 film and yes I have to try it out. Where do you get film for this? B&H of course. It is a bit pricy, but that's because some one has to take a role of 120 and re role it by hand onto the special reel Kodak came up with to make this film proprietary for this camera. I love T-max 100 for its fine grain and smooth full range of tone. You can always save a few dollars rewinding your own 120 film onto the spools you save from your first few roles of 620 if you have a good clean dark bag, but for a few dollars a role extra, I think I have better things to do.
