[20 to 80%] The HE40SW was our choice over the HDMI version for a number of reasons. firstly, We use CAT6 (POE) and an SDI cable and that's it. This means I don't need to run separate power. 2 Cables and the cameras are up and running. SDI also gives us much longer cable runs than HDMI and using the BlackMagic Television Studio 4k means we have no converters. 5

[20 to 80%] This is the second AW-HE40 that our church has bought. We purchased the first one over 2 years ago. The camera works very well. The zoom and low-light performance is great. We use it with a network connection that provides POE. There is about a .25 second delay in the video over the network. I'm not sure if the delay is the same when using a HDMI connection. The interface API to control the device is pretty simple. I wrote an application to remotely control the camera using a X-box controller. 5
