Compartments can store the smartphone gimbal, the DJI Mic Charging Case, a tripod, your recording phone of choice, and a phone clamp to attach it to the gimbal.

Your gear remains protected regardless of the weather with the IP67-rated waterproof exterior made of NK-7 resin. The integrated latches can accept padlocks for additional security. You can even bring the case as a carry-on due to its size and automatic pressure release valve. A built-in top handle provides a comfortable handgrip to carry the case.

A: The Essentials Kit is missing a number of accessories included with the standard kit. Below is a list of what is included with the standard DJI Ronin-S. Q: 2. Does the standard kit include focus and zoom controls for sony a6500?

A: It does not. This kit does not include the DJI Ronin-S Multi-Camera Control Cable (Sony Multi Port), B&H # DJRONINP13CB, required to control the A6500. Q: 3. Hi... Will this work with a SONY FDR-AX53? Thanks

A: The Ronin-S is designed for Mirrorless and DSLR cameras. However it may be able to balance a smaller camcorder like the Sony AX53 as well. You will need to test it out to see the results and you may not have full range of movement and performance when using a camcorder instead of a Photo Camera.

Q: 4. will this support the Fuji XT-3?

A: While the camera control cables from DJI don't currently support Fuji cameras the Ronin S is a great stabilizing option for the Fuji XT-3.

Q: 5. What is the difference between the essential kit and the Ronin S kit?

A: The Ronin-S itself is the same in both kits, however the standard kit will come with a Metal Tripod instead of the Plastic Tripod in the Essentials kit and it will come with more accessories. Both Kits come with the following items: Battery Grip, Camera Mounting Plate, USB Type-C Cable, Lens Support, Camera Riser, Touch Faster Strap for Gimbal, Storage Cage, 3 x 1/4"-20 Screws, 1 Year Warranty on Gimbal and a 6 month Warranty on the Motors. The Standard Kit comes with these as well: Focus Wheel, IR Control Cable, USB-C Camera Control Cable, USB Micro-B Camera Control Cable, 24W USB Power Supply, Accessory Box, Hex Key and Touch Faster Strap for cable.

A: The DJI Ronin-S will work with the Canon 5D Mark ii and a 24-70 2.8 lens.

Q: 8. I understand that this is normally not recommended for camcorders, but will a Sony FDR-AX700 even fit on it?

A: Although it can carry up to 8lbs and we've tested it successfully with a 5D Mk IV + EF 85mm f/1.4L IS USM lens. Based on the specs of the camera you've mentioned, it will likely be too long, though more testing needs to be done.

Q: 9. Can this gimbal power the nucleus n follow focus like the gx2??

A: Not that we are aware of. The only Follow Focus system that DJI lists as compatible with the Ronin-S is their own DJI Ronin-S Focus Motor, B&H # DJFOCUSP17. [Yes] this is an excellent alternative to a Pelican case, I really enjoy the claw latch system and it is much quieter than the throw latches on Pelican cases. I use these for Astro gear and when I'm out late in the backyard it's nice to open and close cases without extremely LOUD snaps. This case isn't quite a Pelican but when on sale is half the price. 5

[Blue] This thing screams quality and thoughtful design upon close inspection. I snagged one on sale and I am so very happy I did - what a ridiculously nice and rugged case for the money! I like it better in design and function than Pelican, though mostly for subjective reasons as they are both pretty similar quality and toughness. I appreciate all the color choices and only lament the lime green/yellow was already sold out but the blue is very attractive and not a bad second choice. 5

[Latch] B&H is the place to go for great deals on great products. The Nanuk 910 utility that I purchased will be used for my first aid kit. A strong build that is waterproof as well as dust proof. Made in Canada. Will last a lifetime. 5

[Handle] I was looking for a way to keep my audio recording gears organized yet safe. The Nanuk 910 was like the perfect case for the solution. The material feels very strong and premium. I was able to organize the devices and I'm assured that there'll be no dust, air or moisture affecting the items. The only challenge was taking out the foam cubes. One needs quite some patience and technique while working their way in making the desired cut-out. The latches were easy to unlock and locks firmly. Highly recommend for anything that requires keeping away from elements and needs the extra safety from accidental drops. 5

[Blue] Nanuk is a nice alternative to Pelican cases (I own both Pelican and Nanuk cases). I like the Nanuk clasps better because they are two-stage and much quieter than the Pelican clasps. 5
