The batteries are fully charged in approximately 1.5 hours. The charger also provides overheating, over-charging, and short-circuit protection.

The charger can be powered from any standard USB power source over the handy integrated USB Type-A cable. Additionally, a longer USB Type-A to Type-C cable is included for the same purpose. It connects to the charger's USB Type-C port and can be used instead of the short integrated cable.

[1.5 Hour] I was worried that this battery would not work in the Nex-5. I removed it from the package, installed it in the camera and powered it up. The battery was charged to 43% and worked perfectly fine. So I got two of these batteries for the price of one genuine Sony battery. 5

[2] Owning the a7rii and getting comfortable with its short battery life requires extra methods of keeping the unit powered. I’ve always trusted neewer and this battery pack and included charger does not disappoint. The large battery meter independently monitors charging capacity for each individual battery in the dual battery charger. The batteries so far have kept up with the same capability as the included Sony battery. Also the battery charger can be hooked up to auxiliary battery banks via the usb charging cable which is great while on location. 5

[Sony NP-FW50] The batteries and charger are both great quality. No issues. Charging does take a long time (a few hours) but the batteries hold that charge well and hasn't been an issue. 5

[LCD Display] Got these after-market Neewer batteries for B&H's 200 dollar, used Sony a6000 which I finally made the plunge to get. I was going on hope beyond hope that a condition 8 camera would even work, let alone worry if it came with any batteries, and I didn't want to spend as much for two batteries as the camera: so this price point was exactly spot on. Too bad I can't write a review for the camera, but these solid, sleek, Neewer batteries made this nice but used camera feel new. The batteries charged up in an efficient amount of time (about two hours), and they powered the camera without a hiccup. I just had a three hour wildlife shoot out in the field, and I never needed to change batteries. Do note that I have a habit of flipping the camera off between hiking away to the next location, so I'm sure that helped. In short: great batteries & a great price without any quality issues. The charger's LED display is easy to read, as well. Kit includes everything you need to keep your camera rolling: two batteries, a charger, and the charging cord. Even the box Neewer designed for it looks premium. Nice product. 5
