A: Recently BMD announced that Fusion dongles will run DaVinci Resolve Studio 15.2 and up. I bought my copy after that and it is true, I can run DaVinci Resolve Studio with the same dongle (rendering my DaVinci Resolve dongle obsolete).

A: Depending on which Fuji camera. But most .RAF files can be opened but not saved as RAW. And you may need to download the latest version of Adobe RAW Plug in.

A: Fusion is a VFX software, not editing. You can edit in fusion, but it won't be easy. If you need to track, composite in 2d or 3d then Fusion is is only second to Nuke as far as the overall potential. But Nuke is bloated and slow by comparison plus it's true power lies in scripting. AE would be another software worth mentioning, that best represents the blend of VFX composting and editing all in one. It is layer based unlike the peers, which makes it cumbersome for large composites, and it's rather sluggish even with local storage, but it does everything.

Q: 6. I want the disc version because I need it on both my PC and Mac, but my Mac doesn't have a CD drive. Any solution? The download versions seem to be separate for pc and Mac.

A: You can always download the program and use the product key that comes in the box. The DVD is for those that do not want to download. Otherwise, if you Mac doesn't have a drive, you can purchase an external DVD drive.

A: You can find your serial number on the box the dongle comes in, butt you don't need it to download fusion. On the bottom left hand side of the screen of that site, you'll find a small "download only" link, which is all you'll need to download the executable

A: Yes, this would allow you to use Fusion Studio 16. As long as your computer meets the basic system requirements.
