Q: 4. I want the disc version because I need it on both my PC and Mac, but my Mac doesn't have a CD drive. Any solution? The download versions seem to be separate for pc and Mac.

A: You can always download the program and use the product key that comes in the box. The DVD is for those that do not want to download. Otherwise, if you Mac doesn't have a drive, you can purchase an external DVD drive.

Q: 5. I just purchased Blackmagic Design Fusion 16 Studio from you (Dongle, electronic download). When I try to download from the Blackmagic website it asks for a serial number. Does B&H provide this with my purchase and if so can it be provided to me before my dongle arrives in the mail?

A: You can find your serial number on the box the dongle comes in, butt you don't need it to download fusion. On the bottom left hand side of the screen of that site, you'll find a small "download only" link, which is all you'll need to download the executable

[Download] I purchased Cyber Protect Home Office Essential Edition for my new i9 powered desktop computer. Acronis supports the standard backup types: Full, Incremental, Differential and on-demand (and explains the differences). You can schedule your backups, automatically delete old copies and, of course, restore your files. The interface is fairly straight-forward and easy to use. Backups to my 1 TB USB 3.2X2 attached NVME SSD are surprisingly quick and is my recommended approach. As inexpensive as HDDs are these days, backups to HDDs are slow and heavy to travel with. As with other software, you will have the 'option' to try or buy other packages Acronis sells and, of course, it is an annual subscription. For desktop and laptop computers, this is a very cost-effective way to go. Offsite backups are always preferable, but if you can't afford iDRIVE or similar cloud backup services and/or travel a lot, Acronis is a reasonably priced solution. 5
