The Omada Software Defined Networking (SDN) platform integrates access points, switches, gateways, and other network devices to provide high efficiency, security, and reliability. Configure, manage, and monitor your network using a single interface, from almost anywhere in the world, through the cloud portal interface and Omada smartphone and tablet app.

Protect your network from attacks and intrusions with IP-MAC-Port-VID Binding, Access Control List, Port Security, DoS Defend, Storm control, DHCP Snooping, 802.1X, Radius Authentication, VLAN ID, and more.

Extensive L2+ and L3 features help to build a highly scalable and robust network for businesses, campuses, and ISPs.

The complete lineup of L2+ features includes 802.1Q VLAN, Port Mirroring, Link Aggregation Control Protocol, and 802.3x Flow Control.

Static Routing segments the network and internally routes traffic through the switch for improved efficiency.

Advanced IGMP Snooping cuts unnecessary traffic by intelligently forwarding multicast streams to the appropriate subscribers, while IGMP throttling and filtering restrict each subscriber on a port level to prevent unauthorized multicast access. Voice and video traffic can be prioritized based on IP address, MAC address, TCP port number, UDP port number, and more to help ensure smooth broadcasts and clear calls, even when bandwidth is limited.

sFlow, QinQ, L2PT PPPoE ID Insertion, and IGMP authentication features are included with service providers in mind. 802.3ah OAM and Device Link Detection Protocol (DLDP) offer easy monitoring and troubleshooting of Ethernet links.

IPv6 functions such as Dual IPv4/IPv6 Stack, MLD Snooping, IPv6 ACL, DHCPv6 Snooping, IPv6 Interface, Path Maximum Transmission Unit (PMTU) Discovery, and IPv6 Neighbor Discover help to ensure that your network is ready for the Next Generation Network (NGN) without having to upgrade your hardware.

The passively cooled design helps to maintain a quiet office environment.

[176 Gb/s ] I am getting up to 1000 Gbyte/s network throughput from my Photoshop computer to my file server. It feels like the files are local rather than across the network.
- Make sure you use Cat 6E (for longer distances) or Cat 6 certified network cables.

[8.915 lb] I had a managed switch and had too many issues, so I went to this one. It was so plug and play, and I get all of my 5gb speed and am ready for 10gb when its available!!! It works grest and see no issues at all! Thanks again!!

[130.9 Mpps] Been using this for a while and it works perfectly. I have 1G ethernet and 10G fiber connected and everything is fast and stable. Flow control is turned on for every port. Can't think of a better way to get 10G for this price.

[176 Gb/s ] I recently upgraded to an 8Gb/s internet connection, and this switch was the perfect drop-in upgrade to accommodate that. It runs warm but not hot to the touch, indicating decent thermal headroom for those who might be loading it up with more throughput (I only have 3 10Gb/s devices connected to it). I also bought some CAT-7 cabling to upgrade the CAT-6 cable running 100ft to the modem, but haven't found a need to actually install it yet since this seems to work great with the existing cable run.

Beyond the product itself, I have to tip my hat to B&H for their consistent speed of service. Up here in Canada we have options for acquiring this kind of gear but even with the exchange rate and import duties, B&H usually beats the price and ships faster by professional courier. Plus, when they say In Stock they mean it! They should open a Canadian warehouse :-)

[176 Gb/s ] I am using only 1 of the adapters in my TL-SX3008F is working out so far (I don't think more than 1 will work in the low powered switch). It is quite hot compared to the DACs and Fiber SFPs. I am using it along with the TL-POE260S PoE+ injector to provide my EAP670 v2 with a 2.5G ethernet connection. The switch doesn't let you choose 2500Mbps on the port because it isn't supported, but it does link at 2500Mbps.

[9000 Bytes] I bought this switch and set it up with one Cisco 30-1421-01 SFP-GE-T EXT 1000BASE-T SFP transceiver and several 10G DAC and Fiber SFP+ transceivers. You can buy the 1G SFP on Ebay for $5-10 each in lots of 5-10. Everything works perfectly. I read in another review that the user was having bad performance transmitting to the 1G port from 10G devices, but this is solved by going into the configuration then L2 features and selecting flow control for all of the ports. I had to do the same thing with my Mikrotik and Unifi 10G switches. Also, I had to set the 1G port speed manually in the L2 settings, it would not auto negotiate. I am using all Mellanox ConnectX-3 NICs. I even installed one in a PCIE x1 slot with a x16 to x1 adapter and I am getting about 1/3 10G speed which is better than trying to mix 2.5Gbe into my network. Logging in was pretty simple with the Web UI, I just looked in my router for the IP address and it was listed as TLSX3008F. I typed the IP into a Web browser and logged in with the defaults then was immediately prompted to change my password. The instructions say to use 192.168.0.1 but this is not how I was able to access it. I have not tested LAG, but I bet it works fine since the protocol has been standardized. The only thing I don't like is that the switch is a bit large. It is meant for a server rack so if you are just extending your network to another room it isn't as good as something like the 4 port SFP+ Mikrotik which is cheaper and very small in comparison.

[130.9 Mpps] I bought this 10G switch to pair with the recently released TP-Link AXE16000 10G router and a sonnet tech solo 10G at my desktop. Insertion of the unmanaged switch did not significantly impact my bandwidth in speed tests and has proven to be reliable so far. The link from the router to the desktop is about 75 feet of CAT6a.

I have tried most major brands, and for simple and reliable installations, TP-Link has really delivered with recent products. Very happy they are now supporting 10G.

[176 Gb/s ] We have 5 gps Internet, and this works perfectly to split the bandwidth in our office without loss of speed. Much cheaper than most of other 10gps switches out right now.
