[0.32 lb] I’m using this mostly to scan 6x6 film, both from cut strips and uncut rolls of film. I get consistent results every time, and love the interchangeable format masks and the ability to change between the standard and full border cassettes. This carrier holds the film very flat, and is vastly superior to other carriers I’ve used from other brands thus far. Like my other Negative Supply items, this is built well and gives me great results with ease. I’m using this on the 99 CRI basic light from Negative Supply, and added the stabilizing mask. Solid workflow. 5

[0.32 lb] I can scan with my room lights on and blinds open when using this device. This helps also to avoid unwanted glare/reflections from TVs, lights, windows, etc. It’s also helpful as it helps to prevent dust/debris from landing on your film while scanning. 5

[0.32 lb] Print file holders fit very well. Beware they only fit 3 6x7 frames, so you need 4 per roll, but that's fine with me since my scanner only holds 3 frames as well, so they're cut to fit my scanner! 5

[0.32 lb] I’ve used a few different brands, 120 carriers/holders (?), but this one really does a good job of a) keeping it higher from the light so that I don’t see the texture of the LED panel in the photos and b) keeps that film very flat. 5

[0.32 lb] I’ve searched for years for a device that allowed me to scan ALL of my 120 film frames, along with the film stock information, frame number, etc., easily. This device lets me do that, and works perfectly with my Basic 120 MK2 film carrier. The interchangeable masks are helpful, too, as they prevent extra light from reducing contrast on my film scans. 5
