[Yes] Does this monitor give as smooth as an experience as SmallHD or Flanders? Not entirely. Does it do 4K? No. Do I need it? Also no. This monitor checks every major box I need from a production/field monitor that I need, and checks them well. There is no longer any reason whatsoever to spend over 2x the money on other monitors with Osee in the game. The only thing I wish it had was PnP, but it'd not a deal breaker at all. Maybe a firmware update in the future could address that... 5

[Yes] I've used expensive monitors (Flanders SmallHD) and they're obviously great. But this one punches way above it's weight class in my opinion. The only comparable monitor is the large Atmos, and I personally like this one a lot more. Brightness and color seem very accurate, and the battery life on a medium sized v-mount is very acceptable. 5

[Yes] The case is very good, I did make adjustments to the padding inside to accommodate at hood, as there isn't a cut out but I made one underneath the monitor. It is large but provides great protection 5

[Yes] Overall, very stoked on this purchased. Originally rented this monitor from a friend of mine for a narrative project I was shooting and loved it so much, I ended up buying my own. Using it purely as a director's monitor for directors. Able to run an SDI In from this monitor to a 7 SmallHD monitor so my AC is able to pull focus off of the SmallHD while director can use the OSEE as their own monitor and not be over the shoulder of my AC. Using Teradek to achieve this functionality. Screen is super bright, overall build is solid, and love how we can place it on a c-stand without issue and power off of v-mount. Still learning all the features this monitor offers, but so far I am very pleased with all of its capabilities for the price. 5

[Yes] ...After some trial and error, I discovered that there are Vesa mount holes AND four additional relocation holes for the battery plate to be moved up and horizontally. This allows use of a nicer (and more articulate) stand mount (such as the Impact ball-joint monitor mount) while still having the battery plate mounted. This configuration is fantastic. 5

[Yes] This monitor is amazing. Super pro looking at a great price. It is really great that it comes with the foam to put in a pelican. Having this on set makes you look super serious. Just velcro a piece of clear acrylic to the front to protect the screen from damage. 5
