[Plastic, Steel] I am extremely happy with this purchase... I have had it for about a week now and it works great. Installation wasnt that crazy & it has been working perfectly. The only thingI would mention is that the trunk of the machine will have grease/lube after a few days, which is fine by me, you barely see it. LOVE! 5

[Plastic, Steel] B&H price was the best, but this would be worth it for more too. I've seen lots of spring-loaded desk-toppers and such, and they tend not to have retracting keyboard trays. This is just great. Sturdy, light enough to move around easily. Locking front wheels, just the right amount of pressure from the gas lift so it is easy to push up or down. I looked at a lot of other things that would have all been much worse before getting this. Only would be better if it had a more wood-grain appearance. Otherwise perfect. Highly recommended. 5

[Plastic, Steel] I purchased this so that I can stand or sit and work in the same room as my kids while they do their homeschool work. I mounted a monitor arm on it and use an Ultrawide monitor with my Macbook Air. I love the portability. I can wheel it from room to room and I use the backpack hook for an extension cord and have attached a surge strip to the base to plug in my charger and monitor. It is hard to find smaller standing desks, this one is the perfect size and very sturdy. I am considering getting them for my kids as well so they can have a desk they can move from their room to the living room where they do their school work. 5

[Plastic, Steel] I use this as a laptop/monitor table in the studio. Easily assembled, good construction. Height can be adjusted by releasing the clamp that secures the hydraulic lifter in the center column. But don't expect to be lugging this around on location - it doesn't come apart for transport. 5
