The PCIe 4.0 specification supports a bandwidth of 16 GT/s per lane as opposed to 8 GT/s per lane for PCIe 3.0. While it is backward compatible with PCIe 3.0, PCIe 4.0 enables higher transfer speeds with lower system latency, delivering high performance to gamers and content creators.

An integrated, ultra-thin graphene heat sink improves heat dissipation to help ensure stable device performance.

Transcend's PCIe SSD is engineered with LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check) coding, a powerful ECC algorithm, to keep data secure. With its built-in dynamic thermal throttling mechanism, the operating temperature is monitored and controlled to deliver superior endurance and stability for high-end applications.

Transcend's SSD Scope software makes it easy to monitor the condition and optimize the performance of your SSD.

[780 TB] Excellent packaging, ssd and performance. Sale was worth it.

[0.09 lb] Used it on my Pi, worked with no fiddling. I enabled PCIe 3 and it is very stable so far. I did set the Pi's fan to run slowly all the time to keep everything cool. Wow... the speed is incredible. A different, main line, brand would't boot until I patched the config.txt file.

[780 TB] Delivers consistent SATA speeds, and somehow is the one of the only name-brand 2242 M.2 SATA SSD with a DRAM cache

[780 TB] Shipped fast and was packaged well. The SSD as far as I can tell is the absolute best I can get in that form factor and nobody else had it, so I was pretty happy.

[0.09 lb] I just purchased an Intel NUC computer with two SSD interfaces, the second being for a 22x42 M.2 SSD half a stick of gum. I was leery on buying this, as the Intel compatibility list had this Transcend product line, but not the 1 TB capacity. it was physically compatible, though, so I took a chance and bought it. It works perfectly, and I am very pleased. The Intel interface is PCIe Gen3x1 lane, and I believe this Transcend device is 4 lanes, but it works fine. I ran performance tests on it (Ubuntu Linux 22.04 on Intel i5 CPU) and got an average read speed of 560 MB/s, average write speed of 486 MB/s, and an access time of 0.07 ms. That's with a 1 GB data set. It's lightning fast compared to my old hard drives, and the write speed is only slightly less than that of my NVMe PCIe Gen4x4 primary drive.

[780 TB] Used this ssd to upgrade my lenovo legion go and for me is giving great performance and also great operation temperature 62°C playing games like ghost of tsushima (with pretty decent on the demand of resources). I bought from Mexico, so you can buy with confidence, the shipment arrived in 7 business days.

[780 TB] Works perfectly. Performance is what you would expect from a SATA drive. Transcend is the only brand with a decent reputation for 2242 M.2 SATA SSDs.

[1 TB] I bought this for my Lenovo T440p, and the install was great. It shows up in my laptop now, and I have triple the storage for 3 minutes of work. This was also the most reasonable price I could find a brand name SSD of this kind, which is a bit esoteric these days. Overall, it was a great find.

[0.09 lb] Easy to install in my Dell Venue 11 Pro 7139 tablet. Much more storage going from 256GB to 1TB. Adds life and faster access speed to this older tablet! The Transend SSD Scope software helps with monitering health, testing and cloning. I am very pleased with this little drive with a lot of space! Highly recommended if you have an older computer with an M.2 socket that supports SATA but not MVMe drives!
