A: If you're looking to add an extra layer of protection within the case, I would personally recommend a heavy duty (flattened) cardboard box or corrugated shipping pads, which can be found at any office supply store. It won't add significant weight and can help shield the backdrop in the case.

A: The bag is for the Photek Background Support System Including Stands, 12' 4-Section Crossbar, Bag BH #PHBGSS12 • MFR #S-4010-4. The manufacture does not list the actual size of the bag but that kit when folded is 39 inches. So, I would not use it with any stand or cross bar longer than 39 inches when collapsed.

Q: 10. Can the white side be used as a fill card/reflector?

A: Good question. I have not tested it's reflective properties of this product. My guess is that it will to a certain extent - as will a foam core white board for a few bucks from an office supply store. But other products are designed with specific materials to optimize reflection.
