Q: 1. Does it fit in a pelican air case?

A: For the tripod legs, the Pelican 1615AirTP Wheeled Check-In Case with TrekPak Insert (Black) BH #PE1615ACTPBK • MFR #016150-0050-110 can be looked into. https://bhpho.to/3956Vkf There are as well dedicated tripod hard cases for tripod systems which can be viewed here. https://bhpho.to/34THZst

Q: 2. Is the Ace L fluid head supposed to tilt and hold itself at the zero setting? Mine will not do this as all. I tilt it, and it moves, but if I release the handle it rebounds right back to level. Thanks, Hugh Whitmore

A: Probably depends on the weight of your camera. My camera is much too heavy for the head to hold steady in the zero counterbalance setting. The counterbalance and drag must be properly adjusted for mine to hold it's position hands free. I believe the design also requires the performance an initial near full range of tilt in order to engage the mechanism. Hope this helps.

Q: 3. Is quick release plate included in the box?

A: The Ace L Freddie Wong Edition Tripod System will include a quick release plate.

Q: 4. Does it come with a handle?

A: yes, it does

Q: 5. What warranty is offered with this tripod?

A: This tripod has a Limited 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty that is extendable to 2-Years once you register the product with Sachtler.

Q: 6. Is this too beefy for a c100 mii? Or would I be better off with Ace L?

A: I don't think its beefy. Once I got the balance right it works well with a DVX-200. So depending on your rig I think it will be fine. It's super smooth and not overly complicated. It kinda gives you that Ace L feel but in a smaller and lighter package which is simple to set sticks and shoot. It gives you the feel of a Ace L under a grand, you really can't go wong..or wrong rather :)

Q: 7. Will this tripod work with the Sachtler Ace fluid head, that I think is 75mm also?

A: Yes, and they're currently selling it as a bundle for 11% off.

Q: 8. are the legs solid or do they have plastic on metal like the Ace m?

A: they are good. just metal i believe :)

Q: 9. Can the flowtech 75 be adapted to fit a 100mm head? If so which adapter works best?

A: The Sachtler flowtech 75 legs will only accept 75mm bowls. For compatibility for both 75mm and 100mm bowl tripod heads the Sachtler flowtech 100 MS Carbon Fiber Tripod (SKU: SA5585) would support 100mm bowls as well as a 100mm to 75mm adapter such as the Sachtler SA3906 to support 75mm bowl heads. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1431234-REG/sachtler_5585_flowtech_100_ms_carbon.html/accessories https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/78905-REG/Sachtler_3906_Adapter_75_100_75mm_Ball.html?sts=pi&pim=Y

Q: 10. Does anyone know how this compares to the Sirui brand monopods? Like the Sirui P-324S? There are no real reviews anywhere of this Acebil brand that I have come across. Thanks for any replies.

A: The Acebil monopods are great, sturdy quality and lightweight.

[2] Due to the failure of my E-Image legs I was in the market for a new base. This tripod has a mid-spreader which is nice. Coming from a floor spreader, I wasn't quite sure how I would like the mid-spread, but it works well. Solid construction, not quite at the higher end range of build quality, but definitely acceptable. It was shipped to me in about a week after ordering. I would buy again if I were looking in this price range, but the next tripod we buy will most likely be in the upper range. A good buy.

[Carbon Fiber] The Acebil mp-C200 I purchased recently is very good to excellent. The build quality is truly high. It stands sturdy with skid resistant feet. I think it was a marvelous value that I am glad to have.

[2] I would probably buy another one of these but it's a bit heavier than I like. Very strong and sturdy.

[75 mm Bowl] It goes where monopods are welcome and a tripod stability is best. The design gives me the easy one leg performance also the steadiness of a tripod. This is the support I need. With the included case it is convenient and lightweight. I am pleased with this purchase. You should see it yourself.

[2] Strong stable bowl tripod that fits into carry on. The spec is that the folded length is 19.5 inches. Fits perfectly. Had no vibration with 70-200mm lens with 2x extender, in windy conditions. I had the legs spread to 60 degrees, and had zero concern that the 30 mph wind gusts would tip it over. The bag that came with it is overkill. It is 3 feet long, and wasn't designed for this tripod. My use case is video of mountain wildlife. It handles it.

[2] Acebil: amazing, lightweight legs at a breakthrough price. Tripod heads, not so hot. Sachtler: amazing, smooth heads that will last forever, legs WAY overpriced. Solution: Sachtler 100mm hear + Acebil 100mm legs = perfect tripod.

[2] Really like these legs. They are really sturdy and the quick releases are firm but easy to unlock. The rubber feet are nice and big. I needed some rugged legs with a medium spreader for uneven terrain, and these do a great job. Came with a very pretty and luxuriously finished bag, so that was a nice surprise.
