This case provides good protection to the scope. You can quickly and easily remove the lens covers, and rotate them to one side and snap them into place. It is much faster and easier to work the snaps instead of zippers on an older model of the case.The biggest disadvantage is the price. At $$on every web site I saw, the price seems way too high. But I paid it, because it was the only cover I saw with both a carry strap and easy to remove lens covers. 5

There's little more to add to the outstanding reviews on the 80mm version of this scope. Suffice to say that, although it is slightly less contrasty than its larger cousin under only the darkest of viewing conditions, in all other areas, it matches it in every way. It's lightness & compactness make it better value for money to my mind, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose it over the bigger version. With the 30x Wide-angle eye-piece fitted, the quality of the image (especially in feather detail) is indescribable. If you're thinking of doing a little digiscoping with it, I can highly recommend the company's brilliantly designed compact camera adapter, too. Worth ever cent. 5

Easy to fit on the scope, and easy to use in the field. The case allows quick access to the scope without removing the front or rear lens covers, just detach a few snaps and the covers hang on out of the way. Has a carrying strap that can be slung over a shoulder and full access to the focusing ring. The only negative is the price - but you get what you pay for. 5

Fits like a glove. Gives a small amount of bump protection. Costs a lot, but look at what you're covering. Very snug and the eyepiece section is tight. You have to use a combination of zipping and snapping to get it on and off. Once you figure it out, it's easy. 5
