Q: 1. If I were to use M mount lenses with this adapter, would I need to set the GFX to 35mm crop mode to achieve best results with these lenses to be compatible with the GFX sensors?

A: Yes, it would be best to set the GFX sensor to 35mm mode when using this TTArtisan Leica M Lens to Fujifilm GFX Mount Adapter.

Q: 2. Have Nikon F-Mount manual lens with aperture ring. Can I still use that lens ring to control aperture when using this adapter?

Q: 6. With this adpater can I focus a Voigtlander 90mm Apo M-mount on a gfx50s II to infinity without shimming?

A: When using the TTArtisan Leica M Lens to FUJIFILM GFX-Mount Camera Adapter to mount the Voigtlander 90mm Apo M-mount Lens on the FUJIFILM GFX 50S II Medium Format Mirrorless Camera shimming is required to achieve infinity focus at the physical hard stop on the lens. Infinity will be reached without shimming before the hard stop, which can negatively affect image quality.

A: The KIPON Lens Adapter for Nikon G Lens to FUJIFILM G-Mount Camera weighs approximately 4 oz (113 g).

Q: 8. Hi! Can i use a 85mm PC Micro 2.8? Tilt shift lens. Thanks!

A: You can use it but the tilt/shift movements maybe limited due to the adapter as well as some vignetting in the corners.

Q: 9. how can this be compatible with BOTH the small aps-c sensor and the large GFX100 sensor?

A: Since the Kase ND1000 Clip-In Filter for FUJIFILM GFX 50R/50S/100/100S Camera (10-Stop) BH #KAKGFXND1000 is made for covering a larger medium format sensor, it automatically covers smaller sensors as well.

Q: 10. Was thinking of purchasing the Kipon M42-GFX adapter to use the new TTArtisan 75/1.5 lens. Will the adapter work?

A: When using the KIPON Lens Mount Adapter for M42 Lens to FUJIFILM GFX Camera with the TTArtisan 75mm f/1.5 Swirly Bokeh Lens (M42), some vignetting may occur since the TTArtisan lens was made for 35mm size sensors.

[1.675 lb] There are many great attributes about this camera, but the one that surprised me the most are the excellent JPGs it produces. After working over my RAW photos I compare them to the out-of-camera JPGs and find that the GFX 100S JPGs are always better. That's not always been the case with my Sony and Canon cameras. The GFX 100S is a fine stills camera and I'm glad I made the jump.

[1.675 lb] This camera is a joy to use! I have large hands, so I was a little concerned about the compactness of the camera body. However, when I added the MHG-GFX S handgrip it addressed my concern.

[1.675 lb] The GFX 100s shows that Fujifilm has taken the lead in digital medium format camera design: large sensor, IBIS, phase detect focusing, quality build, small size, reasonable price. This camera is well matched to the Fujifilm lens, which make great use of the resolution offered by this large sensor. My first of their cameras was the 50s, after which I graduated to the FGX 100. Now I have the 100s, which likely is my end point camera, offering the advantage over the 100 of smaller size (and better IBIS). The lower resolution of the 100s EVF has not been a problem for me; the smaller camera size is amazing, considering what it contains.. The Fuji engineers should get awards for this accomplishment.

[1.675 lb] You've read all the reviews so what is there to add you might asK? Only my own impression that this is the finest camera I've ever used...it preforms beautifully and with the incredibly large files sizes the images are magnificent. This is truly one exceptional camera!

[1.675 lb] I've been full time professional for over 40 years and I've never seen images as detailed and as beautifully rendered, straight out of the camera, as the GFX100S images. It's reminiscent of shooting Hasselblads in the film era; the quality and detail in the negs & transparencies was incredible and unlike anything else at that time.

[1.675 lb] Camera is not that heavy to carry around. I have the 20-35 and 45-100 lenses, also adapted Pentax 645 120 macro and P 645 300mm lenses. As far as using the camera, I love the Velvia and Provia and B&W file profiles (hint: when Camera Raw sees them you can select additional PS profiles to process them). I especially enjoy using the X-Pan format for landscapes. Anyway, photos are gorgeous and that is what is all about!

[1.675 lb] I guess it's too much to ask a camera manufacturer to provide a hard copy of a manual that we can stick in our camera bag. Smh. They leave us to scroll up and down through a pdf. Anyway, thanks B&H for the manual and quick delivery!!

[1.675 lb] I've had my 100S since the Fujifilm embargo lifted on March 11th and it has been absolutely great. I am an enthusiast, not a pro photographer, and take primarily landscapes, gardens, architecture, travel, and urban-street subjects. The 100S has been fun and rewarding to use.
The image quality detail, dynamic range and colors are breathtaking. I bring up an image in Adobe Camera Raw and the Fujifilm profiles are all so beautiful but different. One profile will almost always fit like a glove for a photo that I select. The new Nostalgic Negative I've used quite a bit in landscapes. The Adobe profiles are very good also but they usually are not what I select.
The 100S is comfortable to handhold and the lenses are very well crafted and bring me back to my Hasselblad 503 CW days. I recommend the Fuji handgrip also, it conforms well to the hand with camphered bottom edges, much more comfortable than L-Brackets that I've used in the past. It's Arca-Swiss dovetail works well with my RRS equipment (see photo).
So yes, except for photographers specializing in Birds or high speed sports action, if you want the very highest image quality, I fully recommend that you buy the 100S.
