A: The bottom layer has dividers and is not removable. As shown the top layer is removable. Both layers have adjustable dividers.

Q: 4. Can you stack Pelican cases model 1740?

A: Yes, you can stack this model. There are four rectangular feet on the bottom and these fit into four shallow mortises on the lid of a second one. However, the feet and mortises don't lock together.

Q: 5. Would this pelican case fit 3 x Arri T1 Lights?

A: Dont know those lights. It is a big case I carried backdrop stands and 3 light stands and some small lights

A: The Pelican 1740 cases has interior dimensions of 41 x 12.9 x 12.5 inches so it would easily fit more than 2 Arri AS2 light stands.

A: Yes, have checked this case many times. No troubles, but it's likely to be over 50lbs, and could be over 100lbs depending on contents. Normally this will be met with a fee of $50 or more, depending on the airline. That said, if the contents are valuable, the protection that this case provides are worth the fees, in my opinion.

Q: 9. Will the small case fit a Mamiya 645 with the back and a lens attached?

[Yes] This is a good sturdy case for the DJI Phantom drone. The case is a hard shell but is not as crush resistant as the Pelican case. If you want to protect for normal carry situations this is the one for the money! the foam insert is good quality and will remove easily as needed. I found a video on YouTube of a guy showing step by step how to for Drone. 5

[Latch] I already bought one of these for my DJI Phantom 3 pro. It is a great case at half of the cost of a Pelican. It has pick foam so you can set up how you like for great fit and secured while carrying. The case has a place to place locks while traveling too. The only bad I can say is that like any pick foam, over time the surrounding pieces will start to loosen and try to come apart. This case was bought for matterport camera system and is a perfect fit. I love the toughness of this case and the carry handle along with the pull up handle and wheels makes this a great case for mobility. 5

[Handheld Only] I used to carry a lot of items in a basic bag with similar storage but the strain on my back became too much and having the ability to stroll along with the 2 wheels was a definite plus. Make sure you pick the right size though because I didn't realize how much I had till I had to organize it all in there but luckily for me it all fit perfectly, snug lol 5
