[Linen Tan/Beige] I love the size of this chroma key background. It provides a very big area to shoot on, which is fantastic. For its size, it builds easily. It can be built by yourself, but having someone to help is appreciated because of the sheer size of the screen when set-up. I built it in the studio. I did not bother to steam the cloth to remove the minor wrinkles and only used available overhead lights, and as you can see from my pictures, it keyed easily in Photoshop. The green color is very vibrant. I cannot express how much I love how it breaks apart and fits in a nice case. This is perfect for storage and travel. The poles are very light, but still sturdy. Because of the lightweight, the whole kit is not difficult to carry around with you, it really is surprisingly lightweight. Having it come in 4 sections allows you to position it a variety of ways which makes it very flexible for shoots. You can also position the sections so it is free standing. I will most likely use a c-stand or sandbags to be safe, but in a pinch that is a nice feature. Another nice feature is having the material machine washable. This way you can keep it nice and clean for shoots. I like that it has built-in elastic loops with balls to attach the material to the frame. This it makes it easier to attach and prevents you from losing the elastic connectors if they were not attached. Overall, this is a great screen. The large size is excellent, the design is good and the fact that it all fits in a small carrying case is fantastic. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]

[Linen Tan/Beige] Works as intended and looks good. Stay away from goof-it-yourself indie remedies. I've used cheaper foam panels in the past that require adhesive. Which creates a mess, warps and becomes permanent, (and they stink)! The Primacoustic panels are light and stiff and easily hung/readjustable with their metal anchor plates, (surface impalers). I used gaffers tape to temporarily hold/move them around until I was satisfied before screwing in the impaler plates. The impalers allowed me to adjust the panels until they were perfectly even and square. I also use a shop vac to clean them when they get dusty. These panels are used to control and break up the sound, killing of reflection, reverb/echo. It's a very noticeable and pleasing result. I also use an IK Arc 2 Room Correction system, that required a very aggressive noise print before adding the panels. The resultant noise print is very subtle. I am more confident in my monitors. They are also water resistant. Had a roof leak right over one panel, which got wet over the weekend and it was unaffected. Two years and still holding up and looking good.

[Linen Tan/Beige] Ordered two different mic shields at the same time - this one (ordered from B&H) worked right out of the box with no modifications. It does not 'ring'� like the other non-PrimAcoustic brand does.

[Linen Tan/Beige] We carry it with us for down-and-dirty quick location recording--helps close-in the room. Also great for recording in our cubicle at work--surrround it with a couple of couch cushions, and we sound like an almost pro studio.

[Linen Tan/Beige] I've used these for every set of monitors that I've ever owned. They are invaluable for de-coupling the monitors from the surface upon which they are placed, which results in clearer imaging, and more focused bass.

[Linen Tan/Beige] Used this for a drum recording session. The snare tracks came out great with A LOT less of the hi-hat and other drum sounds in the mix. I had to set this up quickly, I would suggest working with it a bit before a recording session to make sure you are comfortable with positioning etc.

[Linen Tan/Beige] Very happy with the 'acoustics' of my podcast/broadcast studio now. I used to reply on Dynamic mics (SM7b) up close, but now I can use a condenser mic further away, and it sounds great. It's easy to keep the mic out of the frame (above me) and still get great sound. This should have been the first upgrade I invested in, not the other gear.

[Linen Tan/Beige] I needed this for a video and photo project. It is compact and everything is in a well made zippered case. The bigger dimensions of this background fit nicely in my studio space. High quality and feel fortunate to get a great deal from B&H for an 8'13' chroma green background that is free standing and a breeze to disassemble.
