The Voice Technologies VTO Box is an empty OtterBox with a foam insert, made to carry and protect a Voice Technologies VT400, VT500, VT502 or VT506 lavalier microphone. The box is made from high-impact polycarbonate.

Q: 1. Does this mic require "plug-in power" from the camera? I ask because my Fuji XT-3 does not provide power in the 1/8" mic input but this mic seems like a nice choice.

A: Yes it does.

A: No. This is meant to be used with a Sony wireless system.

Q: 4. I bought this mic for use with me Sony URXP03 wireless transmitter and it isn't working. Did I get the right one?

A: If it didn't say for use with Sony than it will not work. Both Sony and Sennheiser are 3.5mm connectors. But they are not the same the same is true if you buy a Countryman which makes great mic's for about every connector out there. If it's a Sony make sure the mic says for Sony. The same is trued with Sennheiser.

Q: 5. Will this work with the zoom H3N?

A: Would expect line in circuitry to be similar but I havet tried the h3.

Q: 6. Can I use this mic. With a iPhone sMax ?

A: This mic can be used with an iPhone XS Max, but you would require a Rode SC4 3.5mm TRS to TRRS Adaptor, B&H # ROSC4 and an Apple Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter, B&H # APLAADAP in order for it to connect to the iPhone. .

Q: 7. Is this mic compatible with a Sony URXP03 receiver?

A: Microphones do not work with receivers. This microphone will work with most SONY wireless bodypack transmitters.

[0.25 lb] These are the best lavalier mics I've used so far. Low self noise, and low handling noise. I thought these were better for hiding under clothes than the Countryman B6. 5

[Handheld] I got this mic on deal zone day. It was a great price and now after using the mic I'm so glad I got it for that cheap. It produces a great sound. I was surprised at the low amount of ambient noise taken in. I used it on talent in busy streets and it picked up mostly just my talents voice. All the extras it comes with is great, the windscreen, the pin connector for clothes, the clip, and the rubber pouch to help with ruffling noise. By far the best Lavalier mic I've used so far. 5
