The Sony 128GB SF-E UHS-II SDXC Memory Cardfrom Sony 128GB SF-E UHS-II SDXC Memory Cardfeatures a storage capacity of 128GB and takes advantage of the UHS-II bus to support advanced DSLR functions such as continuous shutter bursts and rapid shooting, as well as raw and JPEG captures. This card is also well-suited for video capture, including 4K, 3D, HFR, and Full HD video, and can achieve maximum read speeds of up to 270 MB/s and maximum write speeds of up to 100 MB/s. Thanks to its V60 speed class rating, minimum write speeds are guaranteed not to drop below 60 MB/s.

UHS-II media achieves its speed through an extra row of pins and while this card has been designed for cameras that are UHS-II / V60 compatible, it may be used in devices that do not support UHS-II / V60. However, bear in mind that this card will then default to your device's speed class and bus rating. When used in a UHS-I device, this card will deliver read speeds of up to 95 MB/s and write speeds of up to 90 MB/s.

As with most Sony cards, this memory card is resistant against water, dust, drops, temperature, UV light, and X-rays and. Should the card's data become compromised, you also benefit from the option to download File Rescue software for free to help recover deleted content.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Why does my card only have 230GB? I am missing 26GB. Is this normal? I just received it

A: This is normal, you should get an estimated memory of 230-236GB .

Q: 2. Is the Sony Tough M (which is a v60) enough for Canon R5c 4K HQ? Canon specs require 470Mbps which I believe translates to 58.75 MBps which is just barely at the card's v60 / 60MBps threshold *sustained* write speed. Does it work?

A: No, for 4k HQ you really should use a card that is V90. Or better to use a Cfexpress type B card.

Q: 3. will this card work with sony fx3 when recording 4k 100p 4:2:2, 10 bit 280mb/s ?

A: Yes, the Sony 128GB SF-E Series UHS-II SDXC Memory Card is fast enough for that application.

Q: 4. What the issue with tight fit with sony 7rV?

Q: 5. Does this card work with a Sony FX6?

A: The Sony 512GB SF-M Tough Series UHS-II SDXC Memory Card can be used with Sony FX6 Full-Frame Cinema Camera (Body Only); but since the card is only rated V60, many of the highest resolutions and frame rates would not be able to be recorded. A V90 rated card such as Sony 256GB SF-G TOUGH Series UHS-II SDXC Memory Card, BH #SOSFG256TT1 would be needed for the all the resolutions, frame rates and codecs available to record on an SD card. In order to record all resolutions and frame rates possible on the FX6, a CFexpress Type A card would be needed.

Q: 6. will this work well for 4K video in a EOS R7 ?

A: Yes, you can record 4K video on the Sony 256GB SF-M Tough Series UHS-II SDXC card on the Canon EOS R7.

A: The Sony 256GB SF-M/T2 UHS-II SDXC Memory Card is a good card for capturing still images on the Sony Alpha 1 Mirrorless Digital Camera.

Q: 8. How will this card perform with the Sony Fx3? Will it allow you to record 60fps in 4K at the highest quality?

A: No it will not. This card doesn't have bad video specs but not what you need for 4K 60fps. You need a card like this that has a sustained writing speed of 90MB/s for that. https://bhpho.to/3l36fEd

Q: 9. DO these cards fit the Nikon Z7ii?

A: Yes, the Sony 128GB SF-M Tough Series UHS-II SDXC Memory Card will fit into one of the memory card ports on the Nikon Z7ii. The other port is for CFepxress type B cards.

Q: 10. will it be fast enough for Sony A9II?

[Yes] I recently bought a Sony A7Riii, so after looking online at which cards it could use and the reviews, I decided to go with this G version. I'm a hybrid shooter and need something fast so I don't miss a moment. These definitely do exactly that and is worth the money without breaking the bank.

[128 GB] I always hesitated buying the Tough SD cards, due to the cost, but after having them, I don't want to go back. Speed is great and the durability of the case is just at a different level than cheap plastic SD cards. Work great with my A7R4.
