I would keep the temperature on the low side to not melt the foam core-no higher than 185-190? and maybe adjust the pressure if needed. I found the manual online that speaks a little bit to foam core use (but I can't place the link here)And there is a type of foam core that has the adhesive already on it (but I can't place that link here either...): it's called Speed Mount by Bainbridge. It looks like many people have success with foam core--hope this helps!

Q: 10. can one person move this item

[Focal Press] I read an earlier edition years ago and finally decided to buy this one. Rather technical but this is what I like. The discussion of the history of lens designs and the schematics showing the lens designs is worth the cost of the book in itself. Everything from camera movements to loading film into film holders is covered. You cannot go wrong buying this book.

[Focal Press] You are not a professional unless you have this book on your shelf, hopefully you've read it. Knowing the extent and the limitations of the law is imperative now more than ever. Not just for your income but your physical well being at times. The public, police and many photographers have hazy opinions as to what you are doing. Get educated.

[264] No matter your skill or experience level, John's book is a great read and guide. His writing style explains techniques in ways pretty much anyone will grasp. For the Professionals out there it has little memories that might jog you.
Enjoy and thank-you John and Ken.
