[Baseplate] Kondor Blue is the brand I prefer for all my camera rigging. They are well built, durable, and stay super secure in rugged environments. I primarily do sports video work and so these things need to keep my stuff in place at all times. I haven’t got time to fiddle diddle with attachments.

[Baseplate] Top notch shoulder rig for various camera sizes. Kondor Blue parts are well built, rugged, and quickly adjustable... which is why I think they're the best rig attachments out there. Nothing comes loose or moves around on me during critical production moments. I paired it with my Sony Z190, Atomos Shinobi 5 4k monitor, and the Libec ZFC-L LANC Zoom and Focus control. A+ rig which I highly recommend!

[Aluminum] I finally built my proper cinema rig, and this camera cage is the perfect addition to it. The cage is extremely sturdy with no flex at all, and it has a ton of mounting options for extra gear. I love that the carry handle comes with a recording start/stop button, and that it also has a bubble level, magnetically held tools in the baseplate and a sensor plane mark/screw. The cage also has the support strut on the left of the lens rather than the right, so I can use my Meike EFTR-CL drop in filter adapter without issue, unlike with other cages. This cage costs more than the smallrig and tilta options, but it is worth the premium for those features. Also it just looks super cool!

[Baseplate] Thus cage is a bit more than the others but it is for a reason. It is built better tougher and has more holes for customization. I see the person that reviews this item before me gave it one star because the cage shows what it does and they chose not to read the description of the item or look at the photos. The cage does it's job perfectly.

[Baseplate] I love using this cage with the Kondor Blue v-mount battery plate and monitor mount. I added a small rig side handle to finish it off. It's awesome!

[1.12 lb] I really like this handle. It has excellent build quality. There are a number of mounting points on the handle - I would rarely use them, but if I ever need them, having them is a plus. The rubber grip portion has a soft texture, but it is still a solid, firm grip. I have medium-sized hands, and this handle is perfect for my hand size as well as how I like to hold the handle. If you want to hold your camera rig handle like a medieval claymore, this may not be the handle for you. If you hold camera rig handles like I do - with my thumb on the backside, over the enamel Kondor badge in this case - you might find it quite comfortable.

[1.12 lb] I own and love many Kondor Blue products, and the Talon Top Handle has to be one of my favorites. I'm surprised no one has reviewed this thing yet. In a seemingly endless sea of camera rig brands and products, this handle stands out for it's clever design and superb functionality. It's a little heavier than some similar-sized handles, but it feels nice and compact. By putting the vertical support between your first and middle fingers, you have a grip that feels more secure. I have medium-sized hands, and my hand fits the split design perfectly. If you have big ol' bear paws, your pinkie may hang off the end. The firm but rubbery pad is comfortable. There is an excellent variety of mounting options that includes a 1/4-20 mount, two 1/4-20 mounts with locating pins, a 3/8 mount with locating pins, two combo 3/8 mounts with locating pins and 1/4-20 inserts, two cold shoes and two NATO lengths. And, a built-in wrench and a bubble level. I own two of these for my R5C and C70 cameras. In my humble opinion, one of the best-designed top handles out there.

It's also the only one that give doesn't block the left side of the body, so you can use any VND adapter like the Meike, KipperTie Revolva or Breakthrough.

Super easy to assemble and the top handle with the record/stop button is a must for any serious video shooter.
