Modular synthesizer enthusiasts in search of massive analog sound source will be thrilled with the erica synths Fusion VCO V2, a full analog VCO with a ton of distinct features. Based on the highly stable AS3340 circuit, the provides three simultaneous waveforms which track great over 8 octaves.

The VCO is coupled with a transistor-based suboscillator and detune function, which utilizes two BBD delay lines that function as a frequency shifter that mimics two detuned VCOs. The tube crunch knob provides distinctive tube overdrive, while an external input mixes an additional signal with the principal oscillator, resulting in sonic mayhem. The module includes a power ribbon cable and a set of mounting screws.

A: Since the radio frequency of Pocket Wizard with FCC compliance is 344Mhz, the FUSION TLC Raven Flash Trigger for Nikon cannot trigger the Pocket Wizards with CE compliance.

Q: 4. Any plans for Broncolor, I was wondering?

A: At this time the FUSION TLC Raven Flash Trigger is only made for Canon, Nikon and Hasselblad X. There is no news at this time of one being made for Broncolor.

Q: 5. is it more cost effective to buy this over the davinci dongle? I keep hearing about people using it for both fusion and davinci.

A: I don't think you can use the Fusion Studio dongle for DaVinci Resolve. The "Studio" version of Fusion has a few more features and workflow options than the version of Fusion integrated into Resolve, but no real editing features. There might be a comparison list at Black Magic's site. You could also search out answers at a site called SteakUnderwater (user forum).

Q: 6. Is it safe to run the motor while controlling a fluid head on top at the same time?

A: That is not something we would recommend. It is possible, but it may not work very well.

Q: 7. Can this unit be powered through the edelkrone Power Module (B&H # ED81525)?

A: Yes, The edelkrone Power Module includes power cables that can be connected to the DC-In port on the Vision Module.

Q: 8. What is the differences between Fusion 9 Studio and DaVinci Resolve Studio?

A: I've used all version of Fusion since the early DOS days of v1.2. It has become one of premiere compositing applications used at many VFX house's worldwide. It is a node based compositor like Shake and Nuke and excels in features and performance. The Studio version includes extra power features like 3D camera tracking and OFX plugin support. Once you go down the node based work path, you will never look at old style layer based programs in the same way. Limited only by the user's creativity.DaVinci Resolve Studio is a full featured non-linear editing suite. Starting out with a strong background in color grading and evolving into one of the best editing suites on the market. With version 15 Blackmagic has started to incorporate the Fusion VFX engine into Resolve. This gives the user the feature set of Fusion at the editorial level, and can allow end-to-end editing, audio production, VFX, Color Grading and Delivery all in one application. No more round tripping between multiple applications. It is a power house NLE program that has great industry support for hardware add-ons and an active development program that keeps it modern, ground breaking and up to date.I use both these programs daily and constantly find new ways to use the software to grow creatively. Two thumbs up.

A: The edelkrone Slide Module v2 is compatible with the edelkrone SliderPlus V5.

Q: 10. Can I be sure that this portable monitor will work with Macbook Air ports? MagSafe and Thunderbolt.

A: The SideTrak 14" Swivel V2 Portable Laptop Monitor will work with the MacBook Air when they're connected to each other via Thunderbolt/USB-C. The MagSafe port on the MacBook Air is only for charging—it's not for outputting a video signal.

[Eurorack Power] Works great and moves a heavy load as advertised. Really love that you can manual position the camera and save position via the app. Makes it so much faster to setup. Tip: Unlike other motors for the Edelkrone products (Headone and SliderOne v2) this product doesn't come with a battery attachment or a DC adapter. To power it you'll need to buy one of these at additional cost! 5

[Black] So I'm a member of the Longview Film Club, we make short films. Kinda like a community theater with a camera. LOL. We added pretty much the whole EdelKrone ecosystem to our toolkit this year. We replaced our Konova motorized slider with this one. The EdelKrone is so much better. It is perfectly smooth. The software's ramp up and ramp down ensures the there is never a jerk at the beginning or end of the slider's motion. It is also nearly silent. Not perfectly so, but nearly and very importantly, the frequency is much lower that other sliders. That means that the little noise there is, gets lost in dialog background easily, with no filtering. If you shoot from several feet away, you should have zero noise coming through from you boom mic. Just don't point the shotgun mic in the direction of the motor. If you use lapel mics (we do both simultaneously) it is never picked up. We tend to use the slider directly behind an actor on OTS shots. Even that close is dealt with effectively using the above approach. Any motorized slider will likely have a bit of noise to it, just some small rearrangement of mics drops that to zero. Before the Slide Module my choice was manual to silent, or having to filter it out in post. With the EdleKrone slider and motor module, you can shoot without fear of the noise! One last comment on repeatability. We absolutely love how we can film two shots and they come out exactly the same. Its a boon to VFX attempts. Makes CGI / VFX shots that combine real footage with digitally generated footage substantially easier! Short version .. best slider / motor I've seen yet. 5

[10 V p-p ] Great keyboard, works as intended - and a good amount of options under the hood. Will your keyboard be a bit messier looking? Sure..but a really cool way to customize exactly what you want your perfect 4-voice poly/paraphonic instrument to do. And yes you can go beyond 4 voices using its midi outputs. All in all a pretty cool way to incorporate a case and keyboard in one. 5

[14 HP] I purchased the Edelkrone Vision Module for live streaming events, where the subject may wander about the stage. The module is easy to install and set up. When engaged, you see an image on your iPad (or phone), from which you can designate the target by outlining it with your finger. The follow action is exceedingly smooth with relatively little lag (similar to a skilled camera operator). The speed and lag is adjustable. Once engaged, it's hard to disengage the vision module and return to pan/tilt control. There are no instructions, other than a setup guide and a few videos. 5

[Eurorack Module] I haven't even watched the videos on how to properly use this groovebox yet, and I'm already having so much fun. It's my first after researching different samplers and grooveboxes. [7 x 4.3 x 3.6"] Works great and really intuitive to use. There's plenty of video reviews and demos on the net to help learn the workflow for noobs like me. It's portable and great for spur of the moment ideas and helps get started learning electronic music without too many distractions. 5
