A: Susan, there is no switch on the lens. I don't have an Olympus camera but I have seen others ask this question on one of the photography forums. The answer was that Olympus has a menu item that allows you to turn off the IBIS so you can use OIS only. As far as the lens IS the way I understand it is Olympus cameras default to IBIS only in the case where both are present unless IBIS has been turned off in the menu as I mentioned above. So, if you haven't turned IBIS offl your Olympus will ignore the lens OIS and you're good to go.
