When mounting equipment in a two-post rack, weight distribution is always a concern. The Centerline Shelf provides a 24" depth surface that evenly distributes the weight across each side of the rack.

This 24" center mount shelf can support up to 350 lb, perfect for heavy equipment such as CPUs, servers, battery backups, universal power supplies, and more.

19" EIA mounting flanges easily mount to any 19" two-post relay rack with optional rack screws and cage nuts.

It may be a small detail, but Kendall Howard thinks it's important. It is for that reason that all corners and edges of the Centerline Shelf are rounded for safe handling.

A: This rack mount from AJA will only support the Ki Pro Ultra. It will fit two Ki Pro Ultra Units.

A: No, the multicart quick set shelf is designed and made for the R2RT units only.

[Black] I purchased this to hold a small form factor desktop computer. It is sturdy and is a very good value. The only suggestion I have for the manufacturer is to adjust the packaging material to something more environmentally friendly. 5

[Black] Heavier than I expected. Solid, non-flexing rack shelf that seems capable of supporting more than the pair of half rack size units I've placed in it. Not a concern for me, but if there is a downside for anyone, it might be the base lacking holes to secure device(s) although I imagine one could drill the requisite holes if necessary. 5

[Black] I’ve purchased several of these units. They work great on the very top of racks around the studio for non-rack equipment, such as monitor holders, mic cases, and even small speakers platforms. Plus they’re shipped well with styrofoam protection around the rack ears which helps protect them from shipping damage. Plus they’re always shipped in double boxes, which I really appreciate. As I said, a no worry order. 5

[Black] I tried to make a cheaper shelf for my 3 Hyperdecks from a generic 1U shelf, but it was more time than it was worth and the result was not half as good. The universal shelf is just so ready to use. 5

[Black] The Auray RS-2U rack shelf with a shelf depth of 14.25 inches was ideal to rack mount a 750 VA UPS. The unit was solidly constructed and worked well. The heavy duty rack used in this project was tapped for 1/4x28 rack screws. The mounting holes were slightly small for the 1/4 hardware and had to be slightly drilled out for a fit. No problem! 5

[Black] This is a pretty plain and simple product. It will fit in your rack mount cabinet, and it will hold stuff, 40 pounds of stuff according to Auray. I bet it would hold more, and definitely would if you supported it from the back. 5
