[Digital] I haven't even watched the videos on how to properly use this groovebox yet, and I'm already having so much fun. It's my first after researching different samplers and grooveboxes. A video online helped me decide on this one as a beginner and I have zero regrets. I also appreciate that B&H matched a discounted price.

[0.1 lb] This isn't my 1st drum replacement. Install went smoothly as expected. I installed the drum because of a recurring notice my that indicated replacing the drum would fix the problem. It did.

[Digital] The previous drum unit became noisy sometime before the Replacement Warning appeared, but it never stopped making good copies. The machine quieted down with the new drum. This is a several-year-old refurbished machine that hasn't missed a beat.

[Eurorack Module] Works great and really intuitive to use. There's plenty of video reviews and demos on the net to help learn the workflow for noobs like me. It's portable and great for spur of the moment ideas and helps get started learning electronic music without too many distractions.

[Green] I have had brother printers for a long time, and have tried third party toners and drum units, but all of them have failed in some way or the other. The original drum unit in my Brother DCP-L2540DW was at least 6 years old, and the printer has been my main printer. It has had fairly heavy use at times. The prints started having toner dumps on the page, with streaks, and blotches. After changing the drum unit, it is printing like new again. Will keep this printer for as long as it continues to work.

[Digital] The Novation Circuit Tracks is by far the greatest groovebox ever built. I bought the original Circuit the week it came out in 2015, fell in love instantly, and over the years trained myself to sequence better parts. The Circuit Tracks is a fantastic follow up with two additional MIDI lanes, newly added scene functionality, and an expanded sequencer featuring step duration for each individual pattern. The sound engine appears the same as on the original Circuit but the original Circuit had a bit of digital hum to it and that has completely been removed. The delay and reverb effects are quite useful at low settings for creating ambience and at longer settings quite useful at creating washes of sound. All the knobs make real-time tweaking a joy and all the macro knobs can be recorded in your sequences for looped use. The Novation Components editor is quite good for patch design and as a librarian for backing up your sessions. I wasn't able to use my microSD card with this, as it wouldn't usually stay in and, when I did get it in, it would not copy my entire session to a new session slot. I do think this was a defect of my unit and not a consistent hardware error. This thing is great for the studio and perfect for DAWless jams but my dream is to really get nitty gritty with it and tour with it. I believe that's what Novation would want.

[Green] I have been using this as a source for automated modulations and a sweeping sweet-spot finder in my patches, overall it frees up some sends for me and I find cool sounds faster
